Very comfortable experience
The cash buyer who works for a bank loved working with Savvy said Savvy had great customer service. We both felt Savvy had both of our interests equally considered during the whole selling/purchasing process.

The only way to handle all the paper work when selling a vehicle. Absolutely the best.
Misleading information for the seller
Misleading information for the seller. Vehicle's are delivered to buyer before payment can be made to seller. Even though seller provides copies of the title, unless they get title in their office and inspect and decide if legit, it could be 5 days or more before you will get your money. They want you to send the title overnight at your expense because the mail is slow. So you are out $30 mailing a title they have a copy of. Bad business model. Why don't they send Fed ex to send an envelope to drop the title in....I wouldn't do business with them

I never leave reviews on any company but these guys stood so far out from the norm I felt compelled to leave a positive review! I wish I would have know about KeySavvy years ago! I'm telling you these guys are the best. A painless experience and an absolute joy to work with. Easy and Secure
KaySavvy made selling my truck absolutely seamless - I really don't think it could've been any better. I had moved across the country and left my truck back east to sell. I also still owed on a loan against it. My buyer was happy to use this service, as buying a $40,000 vehicle private party has it's risks. Key Savvy's instructions, customer support and speed at which the whole process moved along was easy and secure. Being able to receive payment via ACH was also a huge plus.

I was introduced to key savvy by the purchaser of my Ferrari I had to do my homework because I hadn't heard of them but once I did my homework I felt confident and proceeded. Had a great experience with Keysavvy! Its a fantastic service, I am glad they exist and I won't be buying any more cars without using this service. Really well streamlined, easy to use! The fact that it allowed me to drive my car back from 3 states away right away is amazing and they did all the paperwork and sent it back to me very organized. I sold my RV to an out-of-state purchaser. I also had a loan to be paid off so I needed an escrow agent that could step in and protect both parties. These folks did it successfully with zero effort on my part other than a couple of clicks and sending all the correct documentation at the right time. I highly recommend this service for any private party transactions.
