Placed an order #1278 on March 3, 2023 and on May 6th have had promises of " soon to be delivered" and a request to have patience. Have asked for refund with same answers. The business plan seems to be send us money and we send you nothing in return but be patience.

They said up 10 days shipping.. it didn't even ship out on day 10! I needed it by day 11. No refund. No apology! & I still am waiting for the order, that does me no good cuz I needed it for Vegas trip. Can't really wear it to the store 🙄 😡

After waiting 3 weeks for a dress that I needed for an event I received my dress it was lopsided stitched terribly and did not fit for the size that I requested when I got in contact with them to get the dress return to them they told me that they didn't have return labels and that I could not return the dress to them and kept asking me what was wrong with the dress after I told them several times once I told them that I was going to dispute it with my bank they cut all communication with me so they took my money and gave me a defaulted dress they are a scam do not shop with them

April credit card bill arrived today. The non-existant order that never shipped was billed.

I recently had a problem with receiving a package that notifide me it had been delivered. When I track it with the tracking number provide, I was notified it had been delivered to the wrong address. I sent email, I went to the post office, and they tracked it down to the same location my tracking number gave me! It was suggested that I get a form filed out from post office saying that I didn't receive my package, after that I got ill, and couldn't go out to follow through with what was suggested. After a few days, and after waiting a month or more for the package. I receive a notification that another package had been delivered, along with the package that was lost. I was very happy about that, and with my order. I don't know what happened with the tracking situation, but I am pleased with how everything turned out. Thought I owed it to knowfashionstyle to clear their name, and reputation.

Ordered 2 items, never received them, contacted them, they gave me a fake USPS tracking number claiming it was delivered. I went to Post Office who couldn't verify the numbers they gave me, in fact the Post Master gave me a print out to give them and they STILL refused to refund my money. SCAMMERS. I can't imagine how many people they have scammed out of money claiming they mailed an item and giving them a fake tracking number. If you buy from this company YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. You won't get your item and you won't get a refund. I will never buy from them again and I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy from this company.

I placed an order with this company on Feb.7,2023. Two days ago I received an email stating my order has shipped. They gave me a tracking number which was invalid. Every time I try to track my order it says the number can't be found. I also tried to contact them but to no avail. I spent a total of 51.00 dollars with this company. I ordered an outfit January 10th 2023 it was for an event on January 21st 2023 the item never showed I reached out through WhatsApp and email two weeks after I reached out I received a message that my item is being shipped have a nice day. That was February 1st now it is February 12th and I have still not received my item and nobody is responding I've even requested a refund and I can't even get anyone to return my messages or reach out to me this place is fraudulent they will take your money you will receive no product and then they will cease all communication it has been six to seven weeks since I've placed an order and I have no product but they still have my money.

So, I went to purchase 400$ worth of clothing. They changed me 235$ for expedited shipping. I don't mind waiting for my order but there was no option for standard shipping. There shipping prices are insanely expensive. I won't ever make a purchase from Know Fashion.

False advertisement, and they will keep your money
I purchased the lace up jeans. The total cost was approximately $40. They sent me the wrong jeans. Their customer service requested a photo and I uploaded it is clear it’s not the item I ordered. They try to offer me 12% off of another item what a slap in the face they sent the wrong item. The least you can do is send the right item but if you can’t do that, give me back my money I have sent several request for customer service and I do not get a response, do not give these people your money fraud site

I so regret buying from this so called online fashion!! The material is such poor quality and dresses look nothing like in the pictures. It costs so much for shipping! I think they have an apprentice Simstress on standby who just quickly cut and make the dress to scam people.
