Everyone I dealt with was great My issue was resolved immediately when I contacted customer service. This company is fraudulent. And although the website clearly states items can be returned they do not honor this. And refuse to give you instructions to return.. but will just send you emails asking you to resell the item to someone else instead of returning to them them. The photos do not match the item you will receive. If it says "knit" it is a print on polyester spandex. If it says "cotton" it is a print on polyester spandex. Whatever the picture shown is just know you will receive a photo print of the style on polyester spandex. Still can't believe I got scammed like this. Ive never reviewed a company before but after getting the runaround from "customer service" to return I felt obliged to warn others. Save yourself the hassle by Google searching the images on their site to find the real items from other sites. The positive reviews are also fake.
The items fabric is very cheap looking, they run really small and don't want to give a refund. I want through hell getting a refund. PLEASE BE MINDFUL SHOPPING WITH THIS COMPANY .
This company is not trust worthy. I purchased 2 dresses and the dresses arrived used and badly sewn. There are no labels and the material looks nothing as advertised. I am now requesting to return the dresses and they are saying I must foot the cost of postage for and error on their path. Do not purchase anything from this online merchant - you will regret it. I sincerely wish there was a way of me uploading images of the item I ordered compared to what I received. Disgusting.
If I could give them negative stars I would!!! They said they shipped my order, never got it, they never contacted me and refuse to give me a refund!!

Carly message me the other day about giving the company another chance. I invested 1500$ into their company and never receive my package. I told Carly yes I will give another chance but I still need my package I never received ! Carly have went MIA after that. When you order from their company keep in mind that they don’t claim the value of the package nor do they require a signature. Meaning when your package get lost with FEDEX, they don’t know how much your package were nor will FEDEX do anything about it because Knowfashionstyle didn’t require FEDEX to get their customers signature! And when FEDEX do misplace your package or deliver it to another location.. knowfashionstyle won’t file the claim and resend you another package. They clearly don’t care about their customers. They are ok with taking your money without sending your items ! And they can do that because they are in China. Warning they don’t care about their customers! And another thing I won’t stop until I get my package ! I will do reviews every single day until I see justice ! 1500$ Won’t go to waste !
Today I communicated with Carly, I have paid 1500$ into the company. I have never received the package yet ! Carly and I are going back and forth over 2 weeks now and nothing is being resolved . Fedex has misplaced the package and when I checked to see what’s going on with the package I found out knowfashionstyle didn’t claim the value of the package and they didn’t require a signature. They are responsible of resending a new package! Today they a refusing to send another package and Carly mention the next purchase she will give a discount. First I’m not ordering again, second I’m still waiting on my first 1500$ package !

I really thought this company was a good place to order from. I've invested 1500$ into this company and yet I haven't receive my package. I made the worst mistake in investing in this company. When I checked with FedEx, they said that knowfashionstyle company sent the package off without claiming the value of the package and they didn't require a customer signature. When the package got lost through FedEx, I reported it to knowfashionstyle. They basically said oh well it not their fault but yet they didn't report the value of the package and didn't require a customer signature. So yes it's your fault! I ask them if they can file the claim so they can get that refund and resend that package, they are refusing to take action but yet I invested 1500$ into their company. 1500$ is to much money to waste and I'm not stopping until you file the claim and resend the package. I would assume that you will help a customer that invested 1500$ into your company but I see that you don't care for your customers!

Will never contact you back for a return or anything else. Low quality fabric. I'd much rather pay more for a better quality. Customer service is a grade F

I ordered like 200.00 worth of clothes back in December didn't get it until the end of March the clothes are horrible the material is not cotton its shiny cheap material so I sent the clothes back and still no refund please don't waste your money like I did and the shipping and handling is very expensive they need to shut down so disappointed

I had a very bad experience with this company. First of all the shipping was very expensive I paid $67 just for shipping. When I finally received my package one item was missing and some of the item didn't look like it was advertised. I tried to ask them to send me the returning barcode. They will respond to you after few days and tell to keep the items because their company is in China it's going to cost you more money to return them. Very poor customer service. Still trying to communicate with them no succeess

I ordered a dress and it was supposedly shipped twice this company blames the carrier for not delivering the pkg but the tracking number was not listed with any carrier😡 they will only refund the cost of the dress but are keeping the fee for shipping cost.., Don’t order from them

Horrible! Clothes are not true to size and I’m completely not satisfied. I emailed their return/exchange department and they basically gave me the runaround and gave me somebody else’s email that was supposedly over my order when the website clearly states to email that specific email I don’t recommend anybody to buy from them.

I order from know fashion in April 13 2021 and it took a half month to send my package and know fashion put the wrong apt number on the package they put 8 and no one digital number out here I put on my order my address and unit 701 and I contact Carly and told her the package was been ship back to them and can she informed the shipping people to put the correct unit number up there.then Carly email and told me that I need to pay for another shipping cost inform her to refund my money back on my card and she still haven't and she keep telling me the that the package is on it way with the same tracking number and MS Kim at our Kennedale post office haven't received it yet and every time I ask for my money back. Returning items.
For the second time I've ordered items that are to small. I've tried to find out how to return them for a larger size but to no avail. I like the items as a whole but would appreciate being able to get them in my size. Also the shipping fee is astronomical. The wait time wasn't too long though. Id like ti be able to return the items for a larger size.

I tried to communicate with knowfashionstyle i gave them all information they requested i was told by davina that i couldn't be compensated or refunded to get my money back by my logistics what the hell does that mean all i wanted was the same clothes i ordered returned to me but not delivered by fedex since their blaming each other this is not a fake review about knowfashionstyle i ordered my clothes on May 4th track them track them track them here comes June 2nd the tracking had stopping at a certain location couldn't track anymore so on the 3rd of June I tracked again it was telling me that my stuff was delivered at 7 pm on the 2nd of June left on the porch of my apartment building right ok went to go retrieve my package and it was stolen fedex did not notify me or alert me what so ever then they told me they didn't want to deal with it contact the shipper because they used smart post so I contacted these women they told me they will give me a discount on my next purchase I told them yaw funny either give me my money back or send me the clothes that I ordered by another delivery service no response women if you don't want a headache from a unprofessional clothing store don't pick this one.
