Eff this effing place it's been almost 2 months since I received a dress that I wanted for a funeral these people are trash their customer service sucks I've been asking for a refund and they will not do it I've never hated a company so much or had such an issue tell him that I don't want the product and I'm still sending it and not refunding my money

I am looking at the reviews and every one of the customers who say they received their package is Korean who lives in Korea looks like the same person lying saying they received their package; I never received my package nor did I get my money back. I reached out and they stated it was shipped after I reached out to customer service. I spent $160, for all my items because I am opening up my clothing store and still have not received anything. Not even a tracking number. I will report this business to the dept I work in Fraud Prevention FBI so that no one else uses this company for anything.

I order lots of items on 4/7/2020 .... three emails was sent asking about my order. I was told they are working on it. On 4/24 I received a email saying a label has been printed at usps.. To this day I'm yet to receive my order. I will never order from this place again..Friday I will ask for a refund and report them to the BBB...

I have been waiting for my full order for 4 months now 2 months after I ordered i only received half my order now its been 2 more months they onlybsent 2 of the missing items and I guess imma have to wait 2 more months for the rest.. I sent several emails and they said it was still being processed then as not even 5 mins after I asked for a refund they said it had been sh>pipes which was a lie I should have just reported to my bank @knowfashionstyle

I will NEVER ever, ever, ever, ever order from this site again. I ordered 2 items on 3/19/2021, and just received them today, 4/29/2021, even after seeing and selecting the delivery options. Customer Service is the worst and MOST TERRIBLE, that I have ever experienced. They don't answer the What's App calls or messages, and you can never get anyone on the phone, or to promptly respond to the messages sent. The price is cheap, and it is obvious....because you receive CHEAP fabric and quality, and items are NOT as shown or received as seen online.

I made 3 orders on April 17 & have not gotten any. That's almost 200.00 with s&h which is very high, but I liked the items. I just wish I would have found their page with reviews first.
