I paid for clothing from this company, including $85 for shipping & handling, which was suppose to be delivered in 7-10 days. That was on March 22. It is now April 10 and i have not received my order and was never even given an order number to even track my order! When I tried to login to the website to check the status, I could not get in. After a week of trying with the same login information magically I was able to get in but surprise surprise, they had no order on file for me! This company took almost $300 from me for purchased goods but they have nothing on file?? Oh no, something is not right, so I tried contacting the company and of course no response. So I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, & they could not even get in touch with the company, MAJOR RED FLAG (can you say FRAUD!!!) I warn everybody do not get ripped off by these con artists!!

I used them in the past and received my order. However this time I ordered over 200 dollars worth of stuff and have not received any tracking number, I asked them to refund my money because I found another site and received tracking in two days. They keep sending me this generic message basically telling me its processing. They are a joke they know what they are doing SCAM. ;luckily I paid with papal and I am disputing because I am not getting anywhere with them. If you don't want to lose your money or wait months for items that are out of stock and low quality use someone else

Do not order from this company. This website is a complete scam!!!!! Two weeks ago I placed a order. I selected expedited shipping and my items was supposed to arrive in 2-6 days. It was $35 extra for expedited shipping. A week passes by and I still do not see a update that my item was out for shipping. I contact the company ( they only use what’s app as a form of communication). They inform me that my item is under urgent review and I would be informed when it is shipped out. Over the last few weeks I requested a refund and only received the same response that my item is under urgent review. I requested a refund several times. They do not want to provide a refund and it is terrible people are doing unethical things during the pandemic. This website needs to be shut down for fraud.

I ordered 5 items only recieved 3 items. Now they won't respond to my emails,refund my money anything,or send items. Thus is bad for business. Plus I paid to have items within 6 tob10 days due to goin out of town but of course that didnt happen. I got the 3 items end of march and I orded end of February.

Ordered on 2/20/21, after waiting 3 week with no shipment confirmation I request the order be refunded as it was not going to arrive on time for what I had ordered it for at this point. My message was ignored than 3 days later they send me a message saying my package was sent. I tried to ask why it was sent when I had requested a return and they keep just sending my shipping information say it may take a while to update. I tell them I don’t care about when it arrives I just want a return label so I can ship back the products and they just don’t respond to that. They just send the same message over and over again. Ordered on a whim because I LOVED the dress I was ordering....even ordered 2 incase it didn’t fit right. Please don’t waste your time or even your money no matter how much of a deal it seems like. They are scammers. Will be contacting paypal for a refund since they are incompetent at answering their customers. I REPEAT AGAIN DO NOT DO IT!!!!

My boyfriend ordered clothes off of this website over 2 weeks ago and he paid an extra $40 expedient delivery charge and they still have not sent it. I still have no tracking information. And I still have no clothing they take days to respond back with very generic emails I'll be contacting PayPal for my money back as well

This site is a joke. I ordered on 03/04/21 and received my items 03/28/21. It supposed to took 7 business days. On top of that the there is no customer service number and the people you message is a joke they Lie and dodge your emails and messages. All they clothes are 10 times smaller than the size they say. I couldn't fit anything. I had to give most to my 12 yr old daughter. Not a good place of business. Please google and read all reviews before you waste your time and money. Also if you seen any good reviews for this company they are all fake and it's the owners themselves making up lies. There isn't anything good about this place. Please don't waste your money or time.

Well I placed my order on march 17 it should have took 5 to 7 days to mail it out as or right now I still have not got my order I been calling and no one picks up the phone so I called pay pal about my order since it was paid in full because I called pay pal they are saying I can't get my order unless I cancel my complaint I will never do business with this company again I want my money back asap

Soooo in APRIL of 2020 I ordered 3 outfits from this website...I NEVER got any of my items...I filed a complaint and they “emailed” me saying they’ll fix it...I wait 2 months and still nothing so I email them AGAIN and then I get no response...I wasn’t even offered a refund and still haven’t gotten my clothes... it’s MARCH 2021...almost a year... so needless to say, don’t order from them.
