If I could give a zero I would. I never received my item and when I tried calling the number they sent in a email 1-800-282-2468 all I get is a busy line smh terrible business I will NEVER buy anything from here again. They should be shut down for doing bad business. I didn't get my money back I'm going to take this as a lesson learned.

I order items that were right size according to size chart and did not receive all at once and did let me know that some things will be coming separately so wanted a refund and was told to expensive to send back and want you to pay custom fees to send back items because sizing chart is wrong. I will never order from them again. PPPlease do not order from this company. I wish I had checked reviews before I ordered, I will never never order from them. Scam Scam Scam

Be very careful when ordering. They sent me the WRONG SIZE shoe and then wanted me to jump through ridiculous hoops to even return them for the correct size. They shouldn’t be allowed to sell to US customers. We essentially have no recourse because they will allow returns if you are willing to do every little thing they ask and then pay for shipping. When you order, you aren’t informed that they are Chinese and the goods are coming from China. Bad business.

They deseve to be banned from selling in the U.S & dont even deserve 1 star. These people are crooks. On top of not having my item in stock after paying for it, when my order wouldnt reach in its advertised & paid delivery time because they completely delayed shipping out my order, I asked for a refund and they had the audacity to penalize me with keeping 50% of the return because it wasnt canceled within 24 hrs even though it was THEIR FAULT!!! THEY ARE THEIVES!!!!

Shipping takes forever. Order almost 3 weeks ago and still waiting for my order to ship. They keep telling me they are urgently working on my order not to worry. I Will not be ordering from here again.

I absolutely love this dress I bought here!! I just tried it on and didn't take pictures, but let me tell you! It's amazing! Looks just like the photo, but the shirt is shorter than it shows. It is super comfortable and I would definitely fits true to size!

I ordered a white studded jean jacket in January. It is now February 22 and still have not received it. I have tried to get someone to find out the status of it, has it been shipped? No one seems to know. I asked for a refund and I will only get a partial refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I will report them to the BBB.
I ordered the dress that did not fit appropriately. I reached out several times to the company, as I followed their refund procedure. No follow up was given to my request for a refund. Online this looks like a reputable company with fashionable clothing. However, they have poor customer service. I do not advise anyone to shop with them.

Never got a delivery date until the day of. Which was after my event date. Notified Knowfashionstyle the second day of the item being too tight in the arms & arriving too late. I ordered a size up from my normal size. I requested a refund. They said it was my fault. When you try to get a refund they will not allow you to return or refund you your money. Buyer's beware!!!!

Order a red jumpsuit for a New Years ball hoping it would get to me on time was told that it will take 10 working days.to my surprise it came in the lotted time had done online shopping before and have been very disappointed However Know fashion style has restored my faith in online shopping.
