KTS has been a great help in my mom's pooled income trust. Occasionally, there are glitches with uploading bills but for the most part all the issues get resolved. KTS gives peace of mind that my mom's bill will be handled in a timely manner and alleviates the pressure of having all the bills paid on time.

Highly Recommend!
It's a good feeling knowing that every month the bills are being handled with a method that has Medicaid approval. Everyone I`ve dealt with at KTS have been kind and courteous and would always make sure I felt satisfied with answers to questions I had. Mom and I would be in a worse situation if not for the pooled trust. The fees are well worth the service. Highly Recommend!

KTS has been a God send
KTS has been great for me and my family. They respond to all inquiries promptly. They pay all bills on time. Also, because it, we've been able to get my mom home care. We have been using their services for many years. I have only good things to say about them and highly recommend them.

I have been using KTS for several years now to manage my mom‘s pooled trust and have been nothing but satisfied with the service as well as the ease of using their portal/website. I have also managed a cousins trust for several years with another company that is not nearly as good as KTS. I have never had any issues with KTS, but anytime I’ve had to contact them for questions. I have only been met with kindness, consideration, caring, and true expertise as they are well knowledgeable in their business. Furthermore, they are always willing to help. My experiences have only been positive and I am more than happy to recommend them.

I have been using KTS pooled Trust for the past 5 years. They have a great easy to use bill reimbursement portal, and lets me know my exact balance and future distributions. More importantly, they answered any questions clearly and promptly, helped guide me when I was confused, and helped me maximize my Medicaid benefits.

The staff made it very easy to set up the account and process all invoices. Each month I would scan a completed disbursement request form listing items to be paid and attach copies of the invoices. Then I would send the scanned documents via email to the team. Within hours I was informed that the invoices were paid. Never had an issue with late payments. If I had a question regarding anything, I just called and was given answers or instructions.
Would highly recommend this organization.
