Lashify’s customer service is brilliant
Lashify’s customer service is brilliant. I had an issue with one of their bonds which I’d purchased, within minutes, I had a response and the issue was quickly resolved by Alexis C, who arranged to send me out a new Whisper light bond free of charge. This meant the first time I’ve contacted their concierge service and each time my issue is dealt with swiftly and in a professional but friendly manner.

These lashes are amazing
These lashes are amazing. You have the beautiful look of lashes without the feeling of extensions. Also the release worked beautifully, lashes slid right off when I was ready to take them off. Also when I had a question I used the chat and got an immediate, kind and very helpful response.

I’ve been a Lashify user for a few years now - their products are top quality and I’ve never been disappointed. Even using their customer support system is fabulous for their response time and solutions/actions. There are dupes out there but I promise that the quality in both brand and products is unmatched. You’re totally worth using the best.

Lashify has amazing products and great customer service. I feel confident every day waking up and could never feel this way with other cosmetics. I love adding to my collection and trying new styles. Other lash applications like strips or individual extensions are not as complimentary to my eyes. It just doesn’t compare. I love having the freedom to customize each section with different lengths and even mixing different styles.
