Absolute nightmare. If you are looking for a realistic look this is the wrong place for you. The pictures they post are completely misleading and untrue. They might offer competitve prices, but at a cost of poor quality. I ordered the Tyler system which arrived without roots being bleached. I wrote to the customer service regarding this and they said it is because I chose the wrong model for a realistic appearance. So I asked them which model do they recommend, and they said the Mars models. So I bought the Mars model as they said, and guess what, it had the same problem. The roots weren't bleached, AGAIN! despite the pictures they show on their website demonstrate their systems having bleached roots. I wrote to them regarding this and that it is not unacceptable both for the lack of root bleaching but also because it had a very little amount of hair on it. Basically I paid over 300$ to have hair-thinning look with a very visible and ugly outline due to lack of bleaching which I ended up throwing away after using it twice because I looked bald due to the very little hair it had. Their response? "Best we can do is 10% off on your next purchase". Ridiculous product claims and handling of their own mistakes. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I originally wanted to order the Light Crius system and cut the base down to a 6x8 size. The customer service team actually reached out before processing it to explain that due to polyurethane cutting limitations, it wouldn't fit well. They recommended a different base that worked perfectly for my measurements, and the replacement unit is fantastic.

I've been wearing hair systems for about 5 years now. Decided to try LaVivid's standard Swiss lace this time and wow... completely blown away. The lace is so breathable and the hairline is totally invisible even when I brush it back. It took a bit longer since it was custom order, but 100% worth the wait.
