I used Lendio to try to find unsecured loans for my business a few years ago. It is a decision I strongly wish I could take back. All of the offers I received from Lendio partners were predatory to the point of not being realistic options; I think the lowest interest rate I was offered was around 13%. But the worst part is that since submitting a simple, one-time inquiry to Lendio, I began receiving an incessant volume of spam calls and texts (many of which are obvious scams) to the point where my phone number is now almost unusable. I get 2-3 phone calls and 3-4 text messages PER DAY from people trying to offer me massive loans, and even though I block every single one of them it does nothing to reduce the frequency. I get calls even in the middle of the night. I can't prove a direct link between my inquiry to Lendio and the spam calls, but they started almost immediately after my inquiry to Lendio and have continued at a horrific pace for two years since. They are showing no sign of slowing down, and I am seriously having to consider changing my phone number. In my opinion, no loan, and no product on earth, is worth this kind of harassment.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. During the loan process, we were specifically told that after making four weekly payments, we would be able to call and renegotiate the loan into monthly payments. This was a major factor in our decision to move forward. However, after making the required payments, we were informed that this was not possible. It feels like we were told what we wanted to hear in order to get us to sign the agreement, only to find out later that the promises made during the sales process were not honored. As a small business owner, I expect transparency, honesty, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The lack of consistency between what we were told and what actually happened has left us feeling misled and frustrated. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with this company to get every promise in writing and carefully review all terms before signing any agreement. Communication was frustrating, and obtaining clear answers was much more difficult than it should have been. As a small business owner, I value honesty, transparency, and professionalism, and unfortunately, I did not feel that those standards were met. I invested a significant amount of time providing documentation and following their instructions, only to end up feeling misled and dissatisfied with the outcome. Based on my experience, I would encourage other business owners to ask detailed questions, carefully review all documents, and explore other lending options before making a decision. I would not use this company again. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

BEWARE! A handful of people will call you daily and act like they care about getting you financed but they're all talk and just want your commission. I was all the way until my last day to getting funded and they ghosted us and said they changed their minds. Wasting about 2 weeks of my time. Finally was easily financed with someone FAR more reputable in a matter of days!
