What a Disappointement.

I placed an order for a 3x5 Notepad cover that looked pretty special. On my way to check out, their website suggested a pen so I thought, why not - they would go well together. I placed the order and within 10 minutes received notice that the notepad cover was out of stock and wouldn't be fulfilled for at least two months. I called to cancel the order (within 5 minutes of receiving the email that the order for my notepad would not be fulfilled) and was told they would take care of it. They cancelled half the order - the pen shipped. So now I have a pen which wasn't what I was shopping for in the first place, I don't have the notepad cover, and I was misled about the order being cancelled. This was my first, and last experience with Levenger. Seems they were more interested in revenue than the customer.
