High quality soft leather. The navy blue is beautiful. Functional pockets. I neglected to pay attention to the dimensions of this product and did not realize that it is rather oversized. Had I done so, I would not have purchased since I am petite and do not like to carry large bags or totes. Still, the product is so beautiful that I am keeping it. I will be using it at my nonprofit meetings.
Great quality products, fast delivery. Good website design. Products came wrapped up beautifully- you can totally gift them as-is.
The recent two experiences were good, not great. We like the products, but the units were either slightly damaged during shipment, or we were sold seconds. w/o disclosure. Levenger did provide a credit (15-20%) of the purchase price, But stangely, they ignored the same basic issue with the second order I purchased.
Customer Service/Shipping time was fine. Backpack was smaller than I expected. It barely can hold a 14” laptop and a full sized planner. Bag quality appears to be good!

Excellent quality products. Merchandise comes beautifully wrapped. Very satisfied with the company for a long time now. I like the bonus credits. Delivery takes a bit to arrive because of the long distance. A one of a kind company.

Levenger offers high quality products, and their specials and rewards programs make the prices reasonable. It would be nice to earn rewards points by submitting reviews after purchases.
The pen box came quickly - it arrived in great condition. I must say though I was sorry to see it was made in China - and personally I think that needs to be prominent in the advertisements. g
As always, the things I purchased were of the highest quality. The delivery was swift and efficient, with everything arriving when promised.
I have been ordering from Levenger for several years and have purchased many pens and paper/notebooks as well. This began before shopping on-line and quality has been very good. I find the website is easy to use and the purchase process and delivery are reasonable. When there is a sale it’s hard to not order another pen.
Your pen refills run out of ink way too soon. I used it for one-two days--not that much writing and ran out of ink already. I am NOT pleased with your product. I’ve ordered more but only because I have to as no other refill fits your pens. Poor quality.....

Products are very good. I’m usually very happy with Levenger. This time…not so much. A pen that I’d ordered for my wife’s birthday got lost in shipping. OK, that happens. The response from customer service was not helpful in getting gift here on time. A replacement was sent, but not in a timely manner.

Wonderful store I access online. While the items are not inexpensive, they are extremely high-quality and designed to last a lifetime. Nothing I have bought over the past 6+ years here has ever broken or fallen apart. Customer service is excellent. Many proprietary items that are quite a joy to own as they are not availale elsewhere. I have purchased everything from pens to journals to leather folios to furniture (including a sublimely unique "Library of Congress" Lamp). I have never been disappointed by Levenger. Quite a winner indeed!
Ordered calendar cards which arrived timely. I enjoyed using them and carry the daily cards with me each day and I find them effective in keeping me on track for the day since they fit in my shirt pocket. I also ordered the daily smartPlanner discbound agenda refill and monthly dividers. Very useful. Quality paper. Enough room for all my entries. Easily searchable by day with room for monthly reminders.
