I am absolutely blown away. Not only are the products superior, but the customer service is world-class. Kaye was amazing, as was the entire Customer Care Team. From a professional who cares about every detail, I truly appreciate the attentiveness from the entire Levenger staff. Not my first rodeo, and definitely not my last. Nothing shy of excellent.
Change your shipper, primarily FedEx! They don't deliver packages to your door, they just leave it anywhere to be stolen. I am not satisfied with how they handle deliveries, my package of late didn't get delivered to me directly, and could've been stolen, merchandise that cost over a hundred dollars. Fix this issue and I'll gladly give five stars.

I ordered a True Writer Premier Lago Italia Ballpoint Pen recently, and found that the quality of the pen was exceptional. The pen functions perfectly, and the colors are a great match together. Delivery was quick, and I would recommend a Levenger writing instrument to anyone desiring a quality product for daily use.

Customer service was WONDERFUL!! I contacted Levenger, as I thought I had lost two of my Levenger Seas fountain pen nibs!! The CS was great—said they could replace 1 nib for free, and I could purchase a replacement nib on the website! (I did not know that!!). After I placed the order, by some miracle, I found the 2 missing nibs!! I was able to contact CS to cancel the free replacement nib, and was able to return the one I purchased. The return process was tricky—I misunderstood the process, and inadvertently ordered a bottle of ink. I did receive a gift card refund for the returned nib; will wait until bottled ink goes on sale again to use the gift card (as ink and pens ship free). Was happy to find the Book Bungees in clearance, like to give as gifts-always appreciated.
The Levenger folios/small notebooks received were a great quality and very attractive. We are grateful for the Levenger website.
This is a great art bag. It holds a big pad of paper; there are pockets for paints, erasers, palette, et cetera. The bottom is very stable and wide—it’s not slouchy, like a tote bag. It’s snappy-looking, well designed and sturdy.

My most recent order experience was good. I received items that I have ordered in the past and received them quickly. However, when I was going to place an order approximately 1 month before, I ran into a frustrating issue. I was going to place an order on a date that I had points that were due to expire, but it would not let me use the points because it stated that they expired on that date and, as a result, I did not place the order.
I am a long time customer from the 80's and there in NO BETTER customer service company on the planet, Have anytype problem and they fix it. Top Notch Quality Products that add new and different products monthly.
