I love fitaid recovery for after a tough WOD or just daily recovery on a rest day, but especially when they run a sale. I typically can't justify the cost, but when I can get it for under $1.70 per can, that's a deal I have to jump on. Hawaiian Nectar is my favorite, and I love that they are caffeine free so I can have one after a late workout without getting too wired to sleep.
