I’ve been drinking Fitaid for about 10 years now. I’ve enjoyed all the different flavors and varieties. When trying to order from the website it seemed clunky and a bit hard to navigate. When I finally got my order in, I received a notice about the credit card reader going down and getting a discount for the trouble… but I never got the discount and my order processed through so it just made me confused. I’ve asked for years to a non carbonated version, still waiting on that and in the mean time I’m bummed that the caffeine was take out of the Citrus Medley. I’m excited to try the Blue Raspberry and Apple RX versions, I just wish they were with the sweetener rather than no sugar. I know it would be adding skews, but we all have our preferences. I’ll continue to buy and enjoy Fitaid, but I can always hope for minor improvements for my personal enjoyment.

Lifeaid creatine drinks

Everything was easy peezy lemon squeezy! My order showed up promptly! All the ingredients are healthy! I used to take creatine in the powder form and this is way better because it taste so good… All the flavors!

I liked the taste & most ingredients

I liked the flavors and that they weren't as sweet as other brands, though I still mixed with more water than recommended to make it to my liking. I also liked that Himalayan salt was the first ingredient, stevia was used for the sweetener and beet root powder was used for color rather than chemical dye.

Painfully slow delivery

It's late on November 9th and the order I placed on October 24th still has not arrived.

I have been a partner with Fitaid since I opened by business over 7 years ago. They make the purchase process easy, and on the very rare occasion a product was damaged, Fitaid was quick to replace the item. Great company, and will always carry their product in my business.

I tried to return the empty cans

I tried to return the empty cans, but the bottle return will not take them because they're not associated with the NY bottle return.

Customer service is top notch

Customer service is top notch. I had an issue with my order. I sent an email and got a response within 10 minutes. I got Hydrate instead of the Creatine I ordered. No big deal. They sent out correct product that day! I am a repeat customer, but the customer service alone would make me want to order again.
