Friendly and effecient staff.
The people who did the screening were competent
The people who did the screening were good at their jobs. They explained what they were doing at each step. The wait time was a bit long. Unfortunately the experience was made difficult by an excessively obstreperous woman who was also in the waiting area.

This was my first time using your services although the friend I went with has used your services on a regular basis and gave your company high marks. Once we got through the registration (wait time 20 minutes, there was an elderly lady that had a LOT of questions - the registrar handled her with compassion even if she did have to repeat herself many many times!) everything moved at a good pace. The registrar had a smile on her face when it was my turn and the tests went quickly, were handle with professionalism and questions on my part were all answered.

My appointment was completed in a timely manner and all the medical personal were helpful. I am eager to get my results.

The wait was too long and I caught one of the attendants making a face or saying something to the other attendant about me. They were not professional. I will never use Life Line Screening again and would not recommend it to a friend or relative.

Location was easy to find and signage…
Location was easy to find and signage was good. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. My appointment was late in the session that day, which probably led to the 45 minute delay from my appointment until the actual start time.

Very unorganized
Very unorganized, unfriendly group of people working that day. I have no faith that my test results will be accurate. They were in more of a hurry to get done and head back to Columbus. Do they even wipe down the “beds” after each use? I would say no because they are lazy!

Quick and easy
I would have given 5 stars but after having my first test done I was told to go sit in waiting area and wait for someone else to do the next test. Thankfully my second lady did all the other tests instead of passing me around . It wasn't like that the first time I used Lifeline .I did receive my results quickly .
