The wait time was terrible I THINK IF YOU HAD LESS PEOPLE AT EACH TIME. OTHERWISE IT WENT SMOOTH1

All but one were thoughtful, professional, caring, and did their jobs in a timely manner except the person who did the first test, who gave me 2 ultrasounds on neck and abdomen? was curt, rushed me and got unnecessary product on my clothes and did not give me ample paper towels to clean up and not responsive to my needs, and requests for adequate towels, I mean lots of product on my underwear, shirt, pants, neck &hair, and she said oh yes she would give me a couple towels, but used them to wipe off her wand first which took 20-25 seconds, the towels were well saturated and then handed them to me!!! That was not sanitary and she wiped her whole wand and hands!!! I would give her a 0. I finally went back to her and ripped off 2 towels. I was frustrated, and angry!! She was slimmer with sort of reddish hair. I felt like she didn’t want to be there. The more I think of this I cannot think of one nice thing to say!!! My son is a doctor, this was very unprofessional and very unsanitary as well as not as nice as a cow going through the feed lot pathway on a rainy day behind 300 cows.

Friendly, A great staff of caring people. They explained every step and talked about outcomes. Easy to access areas clinics are set up. A great feeling knowing you have accurate tests to share with your medical staff. I was pleased to see so many arriving, especially the younger people knowing they were in charge of their health.

Easy to make an appointment to somewhere close to home. Rec'd several reminders and info about the appt. Staff was friendly and efficient. Even when there was a glitch in the technology, the staff adjusted by doing the tests manually. We were done in 30 minutes!

LLS saved my life 10 yrs ago. I've been with them for 15 yrs.. The found that one of my artery's was bit more clotted than it needed to be. I went to the Dr's. & had a blood test. My cholesterol was up to 225. LLS is a GOOD quick way to catch important issues that could affect your life. As ALWAYS, keep up with your own Dr's appt., but I do recommend LIFE LINE SCREENING!

My appointment was for 12:00. I was contacted and told it was rescheduled to 10:45. I arrived at 10:30. I did not have my first test until after 12:00. So, I missed all the time at work. Not happy about that at all! And, neither were several other people when we were told it takes and hour and a half, when in reality the tests were 10 minutes each, a total of 20 minutes.
