The nurses were very caring and make sure you are comfortable and explain in great detail so you know what is going on and what to expect. This is the fourth time I’ve done this.

1. When trying to get into my portal, it says my phone number is not in the system. I fixed this a few months back, went to check the results of my screening, and again says my phone number is not in system.
2. My appointment July 28 at Grace UMC in Claremore, OK, was scheduled for 9:05 a.m. The Lifeline team arrived at the church at 9:00, and it took them 40 minutes to set up. Could the team please leave their origin point early enough to arrive at the screening location so that appointments can begin on time? This has happened to me more than once, in other locations.

It was a convenient spot and I got called back without a long wait period. They seemed very professional. The person doing the paperwork up front was really nice .

The team members were all very friendly from the receptionist to the medical staff, and they explained the tests as they did them. Also, very quickly done!

It's great! It's fast! It's efficient! Wonderful welcoming staff! No need to be afraid or nervous! Identifies potential health problems before the fact. Not waiting until after the fact when it's already too late! We do preventive care for many other aspects of our lives; what a novel idea to do preventive care with our own individual health!

I had to wait for 40 min before I was taking back. And they had the room so cold. Might want to think about scheduling times.
