Horrible experience please find another reputable company who actually cares about doing good for people in need and help the ones that truly need help, Lifeway will come after every dime and penny you have and then charge you for a service call
BUYER BEWARE
I researched on line for a ceiling track system in the valley beginning in February which is when I contacted Lifeway Mobility. I was looking for the brand “Sure hands “ because if you had upper body strength it would some independence and the ability to use the shower and toilet by ones self without a Hoya lift. A technician came and accessed my living area drew out plans and assured me that he could get the “Surehands” because he had been to Colorado and was able to get what I wanted. A contact was signed and a sizable down payment was required. This was April. I was promised the installation would happen in May. Months passed silence from the technician. In June, finally I called directly to sales of Lifeway Mobility and found out the technician that sold me the system had moved on! I then called the Surehands rep and found out that Lifeway was not authorized to sell Surehands or authorized to claim it could get it. I have cancelled the project with Lifeway and I’m still waiting for a refund of the downpayment. What a waste of my time!!!! This is July. I’m going with Lift & Care Specialists out of Tuscon who have the actual Surehands. Greg is the ONLY authorized dealer in the state of AZ. If you need transfer help, want a bit of independence and have upper body strength. He will come out and give a demo to be sure it works for you.

The agreement was for a Savaria ceiling lift system, and throughout the project, we communicated openly about manufacturer-related delays due to the complexity of the system design and layout. You were kept informed of these delays and chose to continue with the project while the equipment was being prepared. Once the installation was scheduled, the project was unexpectedly canceled before the work could be completed. We honored your request and promptly issued a full refund of your deposit. We sincerely regret that we were unable to complete the installation and provide the solution you were seeking. We appreciate the opportunity we had to work with you and genuinely hope you were able to find an alternative solution that meets your needs. We wish you all the best moving forward, and are sorry that your experience fell below the 5-star experience we strive to provide to every customer that we serve.
