As usual the technician introduced himself, friendly and patient with a barking dog the whole time he was here. I went from a non working chair to working, clean and greased chair. He said he did what should be done once a year. Lifeway Mobility has been very professional for the last 15 years. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a stairlift.
David Barash was the sales person. I can't say enough about how great he was. He was caring, compassionate, and had a wealth of experience. I had done my homework researching chair lift companies and everything I read put Lifeway Mobility as the best dealership with Bruno and Stannah being the top chair lift manufacturers. I have already told my friends about this company. So from when I started my research until David left and was followed up a call from the office staff to get the right documents for my condo association approval, this is a 5 star company.
