I got the Bass xl package for my boyfriend and found out later that his sister bought him the same package for the same 3 months. I emailed and asked if something could be done so my bf didn’t receive duplicate packages. Kyle was very helpful/accommodating in resolving our issue!
I have ordered boxes for co-workers for a few years now. When ordering this year, I made a mistake and selected the monthly subscription. I did not realize my mistake until I got an email my monthly box was shipping. I emailed and Kyle responded very promptly returned my email. He fixed my subscription and resolved the issue within minutes!! Christmas is stressful enough without me making it hard. Lucky Tackle Box (and Kyle) really care about customer service, and I am beyond thankful for them making my experience so easy!!
