Kyle in customer service was very helpful. Finding out my "gift" subscription was reoccurring wasn't. I appreciate all Kyle's help in getting it canceled even though I'm being charged for another 3 boxes that I haven't received yet.

Kyle was great. We had an "oops"with a duplicate box sent, my husband's 2nd box of his 3 month gift subscription. Kyle corrected it immediately. All is good.
There was some confusion with my order and I ended up subscribing twice. Customer service was really great and not only fixed the problem, but gave me a refund. My son loves his Lucky Tackle Box, definitely his favorite Christmas gift.
