I love my sandals because I have my nephew and my grandson name on it they in Heaven but I thought the shoes supposed to be flux fur on the feet part but it is not
My printing/logo on the shoe was not centered. I've reached out several times via email and phone calls for nearly a month to see if they would rectify the issue since it was an error on their part. However, I received no response and was blocked on social media for inquiring about the responsiveness. The material quality is good, however the customer service and printing was very disappointing.
