Collierswood branch awful quality Fries - placed a large order, however all 3 sets of Fries were not dissimilar to cardboard. Had probably been left standing for a long time. Obviously ‘NOT quality checked’ prior to selling to unsuspecting customers. All 3 binned.
Ordered a chocolate sundae at New Plymouth Mc Donalds. Chocolate sauce was in bottom of container. None on top where it should be. Ice cream was no longer soft serve but mostly liquid like a thickshake.
Been to Cleethorpes seafront Macdonalds and was very disappointed every other time it has been clean and tidy i could nt even say it was full. The floor was absolute tip tables were messy and the mess on front from paper cups and chip containers and carboard packaging. Usually staff are hot on cleaning Manager sort it out.
You guys should bring back the southwest salads because that was the only good thing on the menu. Your burgers are nasty skinny barely any meat It's more bread than anything. If I wanted a burger that barely tasted like meat I would just grab 2 buns and make them at home.The chicken nuggets are flavorless. No wonder you guys lose customers you guys lose them because you guys take all the seasonal items that are actually good like the popcorn chicken, the spicy chicken nuggets which actually had flavor....
