I needed help because my MacPro was/is still unable to update to Tahoe 26.4. The support was very helpful, although my Mac did not do what I wanted. Anyhow I can highly recommend the CleanMyMac version. I even got the information about the 30 days payback possibility. Great experience - will definitely get back if I need cleaning up again.
I had a problem uploading the latest addition of clean my Mac. Thanks to customer support the matter was resolved quickly with clear instructions on how to solve the problem. Only criticism is that it should be made clearer what version of Mac OS is required to run the latest app.
At first, I was disappointed to wait for a long time to chat with someone (waited over an hour), but then about 10 hours later I received a very detailed email, with specific and clear steps, for resolving the issue I encountered. I have owned "Clean My Mac" for several years. It has really kept my desktop humming. Recently I download another app, Encyrpto. I had a couple of questions. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful. Sent me an answer almost immediately and followed up immediately when I had one more question. Great customer service and products.
