Very easy to set up an order. Large selection of healthy meals. Fast delivery orders are always carefully packed in Styrofoam with dry ice. I've only had shipping damage once and it was replaced at no charge. The staff have all been absolutely wonderful. I have had zero problems. On my best day I couldn't cook anything close to this quality of food. Absolutely a class act company all the way.

Food was not delivered on the scheduled day so all the food was defrosted. Called and they replaced the whole order. Not their fault on the delivery....Also, FED EX and they do not ring the bell or knock.

The meals are good, tasty and by themselves would rate 5 stars. Three of the kits arrived damaged. Two had the plastic wrap torn open but still useful and part of the bottom of the another kit was broken off and the vegetables were loose in the box. The plastic got brittle in the cold.

The delivery arrived in a timely manner and placed by my door. I have to let you know that the container was very difficult to open. I had a really frustrating time with it. It was very physically taxing and extremely unpleasant. I haven't tried a meal yet, but the difficulty with the packaging may be a game changer for me. I'll be happy to review the food, and I'm hoping that I enjoy it. I understand that a tight seal is needed, but there has to be a way to improve the packaging.

I purchased the variety pack - it gave me a sample of many of their foods. Was disappointed in some of their items and others were delicious. I felt like a hit or miss. However, their customer service was excellent and and very accommodating and made everything right. Now, I order the foods my husband enjoys and I am very happy with their quality. Portions are large and instructions are easy to follow. Delivery is excellent and food always arrives frozen. Easy to order.
