Marblism ROCKS!
Marblism has given me back hours of time! I am a new business, so to have a team available at all times to outsource, post to social, draft emails, take calls, etc takes a huge weight off my shoulders. What the virtual team does in one day would take me about 1 to 2 weeks to accomplish. Customer service is really helpful as well. I scheduled a call with Chris to help me with setup issues and he was patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Feedback that I have is to make connecting to apps easier. Getting stuck in login loops or simply not being able to connect to an app even after following the steps is frustrating. Even with that I am highly satisfied! Thanks Marblism!!

I had been searching for a team like this for a long time — truly an AI dream team! As a certified web developer and the founder of my own digital marketing business, I wasn’t looking for another platform to create template websites or landing pages. I already handle that side of my business. What I needed was a reliable team that could work alongside me and help me manage and grow the marketing and operational side of my agency. I initially tried Base44, hoping it would give me what I needed, but after about three weeks I realized its focus was more aligned with website creation, templates, and CRM-related tools. That simply wasn’t what I was looking for. I was honestly getting ready to give up when I came across a Marblism advertisement on YouTube while I was watching a movie. I actually stopped my movie to find out what they offered! The more I watched, the more I thought, “This is exactly what I’ve been looking for.” I immediately signed up and completed my onboarding — and boy, oh boy, am I happy I did! I absolutely love my Marblism team. Having specialized AI team members helping with different areas of the business feels much closer to having the support system I had been trying to build. There is only one thing I would LOVE to see added in the future: a team member — maybe Stan or a dedicated outreach agent — who could handle cold-call outreach. That would make an already powerful service even more complete. Interestingly, whenever I enthusiastically tell other business owners about Marblism, one of the first questions they ask me is, “Can they make cold outreach calls?” When I explain that cold calling isn’t currently part of the service, some of them immediately lose interest. So I definitely don’t think I’m the only customer who would love to see this feature added. But overall, I am extremely happy that I found Marblism. It gave me something I had been searching for: a team that can support the work behind the business while I focus on serving my clients, developing solutions, and growing my agency. I love my team, and I’m excited to see what Marblism adds next!

Marblism has been a game changer for my business. As a solopreneur it is A LOT of work managing every aspect of my business, but with my Marblism AI agents, I feel like I have a team working with me and supporting me. I use every agent consistently, and they have made my daily tasks feel much easier. From scanning my emails and giving me daily reports, researching daily news and writing blog posts, pitching to leads and creating a full website for my media kit… my Marblism team has me covered! I also love that the Marblism support team is available to answer questions, teach about the platform, and provide an affiliate program. I have been using Marblism for several months now. I also got 4 of my clients to use it. Automating social media posts using Sonny and getting Stan to create 100 leads a month has been great. I like the AI workers, but it is a hassle to set up
I like the AI workers. They're great! Its just the process of setting everything up. First i had an issue with getting my social media hooked up because it was not linking properly, and now that it IS linked, it still isnt able to be connected to the marblism site. Secondly, it wasnt connecting to my business email. I tried the same thing several times and it finally took it after doing it I dont know how many times. The next issue I had was the blog portion. It isnt transferring the blogs to my website. I was trying to use the HTML option to do it, but it wouldn't work because it's too long...I guess that wasn't marblisms fault that the website only takes 255 characters, but it added to the overall frustration. Lastly, Walter, the website builder, built my secondary website and i liked it more than the one i made, so I was going to use it on fb but when the website link is clicked on, it won't load. It keeps acting like the page doesn't exist. I've spent hours upon hours trying to get this up and running and it still has 3 out of the 4 hiccups left to try to figure out. Once its up and running and all the kinks are worked out, I think it will be worth it, but for now, it's of a bit of a stressor.
