I had a genuinely positive experience building my website with Marblism.
I started with an idea for a very unique project — a digital memorial platform called Eternal Memory Space. It wasn’t a typical business website, so it required many custom design decisions, branding discussions, and continuous refinements.
What impressed me most was how flexible the AI team was. Instead of forcing a generic template, they helped me shape the website around my vision. Throughout the process, I was able to work closely with the Website Builder (Walter), refining layouts, branding, navigation, images, and customer experience until the site truly reflected my concept.
The platform made it easy to iterate quickly, and the AI assistants were responsive and willing to implement thoughtful improvements. We were able to build a polished Version 1.0 much faster than I expected.
There are still areas that can continue improving as the platform evolves, but my overall experience has been excellent. For entrepreneurs, creators, and small businesses looking to build a professional website with AI assistance, I believe Marblism offers a very promising solution.

I was a little skeptical about this ai tool. My experience with most of the tools i tried in the past has been signing up for a subsciption just to try it out then find out that it was not really what i needed. Marblism is simple and powerful. It integrates very well with almost everything we needed help with. It saves many hours of labor that I can now use my time managing the tool and on other tasks. I just started using the tools and already have more than my investment worth in return. Some of the social media posts at first were incorrect for my brand but upon telling the tool what to change it actually improved the output and all of the following outputs were correct. I suppose that is the machine learning. The executive assistant is able to look at my quickbooks products, see that the pricing is out of date, generate an email to the supplier getting the new pricing then modifying the pricing in the quickbooks software automatically when the supplier responds via email. This alone saves me several hours per week. The main product we purchase is aluminum extrusion and the price has increased every single time i order over the last 2 years. this was causing me to have to pay the difference out of my profit margin on the sale. I really cant say enough positive about the tool. I am sure that we will continue to find uses for the employees the more we use it.
I am writing to express my thanks for the support I had from Chris Toscano. I had a few challenges in setting up Marblism and after exhausting the bot I booked a Support call with Chris. I was expecting a few minutes but it lasted over an hour via video call. Problem resolved and one happy client. I signed up for 3 months. Definitely 5 Star Service. Thank you Chris

Excellent support from Chris and the team at Marblism. Chris has continually worked with me and listenex to feedback. I feel supported and the team genuinely care. What's good: Sonny is great at socail media posts and we have worked to gether to plan strategies. Eva is good at orrganising the inbox and drafting replies. Yes, you need to read over and amend them but it really is a time saver and set up correctly the promtps are good and help you stay on top of your business. Penny drafts good blogs but needs guidance and I would say this is the same of all AI. It is your aid not your replacement. You still need to think, plan, check and know your business. I am going to work with an improved Stan who is the sales lead AI guy. We got off to a bumpy start but I know improvements have been made since I last used him, so i am excited to see how we can progress. Linda is the legal expert and good but remember - she can get things wrong but mostly gets them right. Always check her advice. Rachel does a great job on reception answering the phones. AI is only as good as the prompts and guidlines you set , so as long as you know its an ongoing and learning relationship, the same as with any new employee then you'll be fine. Marblism is a great aid.
