Excellent support from Chris and the team at Marblism. Chris has continually worked with me and listenex to feedback. I feel supported and the team genuinely care. What's good: Sonny is great at socail media posts and we have worked to gether to plan strategies. Eva is good at orrganising the inbox and drafting replies. Yes, you need to read over and amend them but it really is a time saver and set up correctly the promtps are good and help you stay on top of your business. Penny drafts good blogs but needs guidance and I would say this is the same of all AI. It is your aid not your replacement. You still need to think, plan, check and know your business. I am going to work with an improved Stan who is the sales lead AI guy. We got off to a bumpy start but I know improvements have been made since I last used him, so i am excited to see how we can progress. Linda is the legal expert and good but remember - she can get things wrong but mostly gets them right. Always check her advice. Rachel does a great job on reception answering the phones. AI is only as good as the prompts and guidlines you set , so as long as you know its an ongoing and learning relationship, the same as with any new employee then you'll be fine. Marblism is a great aid.
