Didn’t get my order right I had to drive back to McDonald
I was really looking forward to grabbing a quick bite, but my visit to McDonald's was pretty disappointing. The fries were lukewarm and not as crispy as I remember, which was a letdown. I got a Big Mac, too, and it just didn’t have that fresh taste I used to enjoy. It felt like it had been sitting out for a while before they served it to me, making the whole meal less enjoyable. I also had to wait longer than expected in the drive-thru, which is especially annoying when you’re in a hurry. They weren’t even that busy, so I’m not sure what the hold-up was. The staff seemed kind of rushed and not super friendly either, which added to the frustrating experience. I’ve had much better meals from this chain in the past, so I guess I just expected more this time around. At the end of the day, it was okay, but not great. I might think twice about going back if it’s always gonna be like this. It’s a shame because I used to love their food, but now, I feel like I need to reconsider my options for fast food. Hopefully, the next visit goes better, but I’m not holding my breath.
I stopped by for a quick bite on my lunch break, hoping for a satisfying meal. The staff was friendly, but that’s about where the positives ended. I ordered a Big Mac and fries, which took longer than expected to arrive — over ten minutes just to get my food, even with only a few people ahead of me. When my order finally came, I found the fries were lukewarm at best, and the burger was a bit messy compared to what I usually expect from McDonald's. It felt like it had been thrown together without much care. The dining area was also pretty messy, with tables that needed cleaning. I get that places can get busy, but a little more attention to detail would go a long way. Overall, it was just a letdown, especially since I usually enjoy my meals here. I don't know if I’ll be back anytime soon after this experience; it just didn’t live up to the usual standards I associate with McDonald's.
Went in optimistic after seeing the ratings and ended up regretting the order. Customer support was slow to respond and didn't really resolve my issue. Hard to recommend based on how this went.
what happened to the large fries? we drove thru and got a shake and large fries. when we got the order and looked inside the bag, i thought it was a mistake they handed me a small fries. i asked the rep and said that was the large fries so i looked again and it says large fries on the white bag but the quantity is small. what happened to the red large container that it usually comes with an order of the large fries?
We went to Buxton, Station Road Mac Donald’s. Food was alright and was served quickly but cleaning service lacked and sick was on the floor for a whole 20mins. Also, most of the tables were covered in leftovers. It was one of the worst MDs that we have ever been to. But, there was one very friendly man who looked like he was working hard.
Once again McDonalds doesn't fail to disappoint. I don't usually eat fast foods except for breakfasts. Just a very simple meal, what can go wrong? Well, this morning I got the worst biscuit sandwich I have ever gotten. Credit where credit is due, the biscuit itself was good. But the meat was the worst piece I think I have ever been sold to eat. The meal was a steak egg and cheese biscuit. The first time I ever had this meal (10 or 12 years ago) was great. A generous sized piece of meat about 3/8" thick, juicy with a generous serving of juicy onion. Forget those days. It has gradually deteriorated in flavor until it hit rock bottom today. It was about 1/8" thick. It was dry, the edges were hard, and the middle had a generous portion of gristle. I did eat the whole thing, thinking it would get better. Nope.
Most consistent meal I’ve had globally
Manger thinks it is OK for their employees to not give proper change. I asked to speak with the manager on this topic. They just sent the young man back, the man I had asked about speaking with a manager in the beginning. The young man did give me a nickel for my trouble. Figure it out boss. Many may say, it is only 3 cents. Sure, but only the government can keep my money. The penny crisis you your experiencing is not new news, and is a self inflicted wound. I have also filed the proper McDonald's complaint form.
Absolutely appalling. This has to be one of the worst-run McDonald's I've ever dealt with. The quality control is non-existent, and it's obvious management has no idea what's going on. My order was wrong, items were missing, and instead of simply fixing the mistake, I was forced into a ridiculous back-and-forth over multiple emails just to get a refund. Customer service was frustrating from start to finish. The fact that staff can't consistently prepare an order correctly says a lot about the lack of training and supervision. Customers shouldn't have to double-check every bag before leaving or chase a refund because basic standards aren't being met. If you value your time or expect to receive the food you actually paid for, I'd avoid this store. There are plenty of places that can manage the bare minimum—this McDonald's clearly can't.
McDonald in truth or consequences is a joke 40 minutes for a coke and spicy chicken sandwich
I think McDonalds offers service for everyone in need. Like if you go to Paris and don't know what to order in French. Where'd you go?
Once again. Order was screwed up again and the employees cannot read simple instructions. NO LETTUCE. Web site useless for ordering. I click on not lettuce every time. Every time.....along with other parts they screw up. Need a college degree to work at McD's? I am done for life and ordered my family never to eat McD.
While travelling from our cottage to home (4hrs) this morning we visited the drive thru at the MacDonalds restaurant in Madoc. I had points on the app so I preordered my breakfast sandwich special based on what the app allows. At the order kiosk we specified the type of sandwich and beverage. At that point we were told their coffee machine was “ still down” so I was forced to order tea instead of my usual cappuccino. The employee was having some minor trouble saying the order was saying French fries but only hash browns were available at that time. (We knew that). She asked if we wanted a second hash brown and my wife agreed and ordered a large tea. As we drove thru the girl said our order was $10+ which was confusing since my breakfast was on points. As we drove thru and away and looked at the order, we discovered that we had been sold a second full breakfast that we had not ordered, and been charged for it. This nasty experience is the result of 3 things that are wrong with MacDonalds: 1- you must choose only one item from the points menu and cannot just use points for a general discount 2- the app is purposely convoluted so that it is frustrating to use points, and you cannot add additional items to that order using the app. Presumably this is so that customers are so frustrated that they choose not to use points and the points then expire, saving Macdonalds money. 3-it has been our experience at several locations that coffee machines are broken roughly 20% of the time. Not only can you not get a McCafe specialty coffee, but you are the stuck in the drive thru line and must order a beverage you don’t want. There is no compensation for this. Why does MacDonalds have a separate and special McCafe business if they don’t have backup coffee machines to ensure customers can order and obtain what they choose? For one of the most ubiquitous fast food restaurants in the world, MacDonalds is at the bottom of the pile when it comes to innovation, customer service and value.
Service shockingly bad, all restaurants in Perth disgusting, zero response online, ergo no customer service. That is the trifecta for me. Never going back - and yes OH&S have been informed.
Why does pricing keep going up? But quality keeps going down ?
Macdonalds burgers and the breakfast burgers taste like rubber, and the chips are ridiculous, just like the prices, and the gerkins are a waste of time, even rats and tramps birds give it a wide birth, they will not touch it,i thought big mac was the managers name, because it aint the size of the burgers,
