I would recommend them to anyone who has a catheter. I used to have to wait until my Doctor had a opening to change my catheter. Then I switch to have a home health nurse come and change it, but I didn't have a catheter frustrated I worked online and decided to place an order they had my size and a box of of 10. Thank you very much!

After several months and an enormous amount of phone conversations, you still have not gotten my medication’s correctly. This has been a constant and continuous process of making mistakes, time and time and time again. It still has not resolved.

Great communication regarding out of stock item
I was notified that the item I had ordered was out of stock and discontinued. They suggested a replacement item; which I held off ordering in case I could find my preferred item elsewhere. They immediately refunded my money. I had read reviews regarding poor communication; however, I had the opposite experience. The communication was excellent!
Over 2 weeks without ANYTHING. Non-existent support!
Ordered on 4/29. Credit card charged. Over 2 weeks have passed. Never received order or tracking. Support number goes to voicemail. Used online form to ask for help. Two days go by with no response. Texted phone number provided in voicemail and did not receive a reply. Going to contact my credit card company. Seems like a scam and I want my money back!
