I went this morning for a replacement of battery tunnel and battery. Dave and his staff strikes again. The friendliness, professionalism and people service is outstanding. I highly recommend them. Service advisor dale made inappropriate comments about my rear end damage. I was there about my check engine light. He also overtalked when i was mentioning a previous experience. I'm sorry if i paid $1200 + bucks 2 the same company 2 months ago, i don't think the check engine light should b on. I paid $200+ bucks that day 2 b told 2 pay 8k 4 an engine. Rude and crooked asf.

It’s should never take over an hour to do an oil change when you are already scheduled for an appointment. Will not be coming back
10 months ago I came here for a new muffler. I was satisfied with the work and professionalism of the employees. Recently something started sounding wrong in the muffler (rattling noise inside). I made an appointment and when the technician inspected the muffler, he said that something broke inside it and they replaced it on the spot. It was under warranty. Great job!

I had an appointment for an oil change on Saturday, Jul 25, 2026. I arrived for the appointment but was told that they did not honor my reward points at this location. I have used the services at this store several times before and had no problems but this time it was different. I told him to cancel the appointment and I went to Cable Dahmer where they did the job for much less without an appointment and even washed my car. I suppose my 1400 points will just go to waste.
I can't say enough about the manager, Bill. He was upfront and honest with me about the repairs that were needed, what it would entail and the approximate cost up front. When he needed a certain part that was unavailable for 2 weeks, he went above and beyond to find the part, calling in favors at 4 different places to get it in less than 2 days instead of waiting for 2 weeks. He also went above and beyond giving me the best price that he could. I couldn't be any happier with the service there, and now I am going to have all of my repairs and maintenance done there. Went for oil change and tire rotation. Manager had me in and out in no time. Did a clean job, priced right. Will definitely go there for scheduled maintenance, and anything else that may come up.
Got my brakes done. The service took all day. No squeaking before. When done there is a bunch of squeaking and dust. Brought it in and they nothing is wrong. It’s cheap pads and they will do that is what I was told. It would’ve been nice to know that. I would have paid for something else. I don’t want to hear my breaks everytime I stop

We were in Spring Lake for a long weekend and our brakes started making noise. We went to Meineke and were taken care of right away. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were informative to us about what the car needed and explained what would be done. The price was reasonable and overall it was a great experience. I would recommend Spring Lake Mieneke without hesitation.
I took my 95' Mustang Gt to Meineke to repair an exhaust leak. They didn't fix it. They replaced an o2 sensor that I just got replaced from another muffler business, THE SAME DAY. They,also said that I needed a battery because my car wouldn't start. Even though, starting my car was Not an issue. They lied,they scammed me. They couldn't handle the job. So I went and paid them for the o2 sensor that was already newly installed the same day. I've called Meineke Headquarters. But they also lied about getting back in touch with me. I want my money back. And that location in Lawrenceville Ga,SHUT DOWN!!!!! The workers are unprofessional and are not mechanically skilled So if they f%$$ked me around. They are doing the same to everyone else that pulls up,needing work on their automobiles 🚘.
Meineke at 280 W Lincoln Hwy Exton PA I needed my car inspected immediately on 6/29/26. This Meineke inspected my car on short (one day turn around) time. They were very courteous and knowledgeable.

I went in for a oil change today in Bolingbrook it took 2 and a half hours they off my tires to check my brakes messed with my rotors and took out one of spark plugs and I had a coupon and still had to pay double the value of the coupon and to top the tried to get me to try some credit card that didn’t know how it worked so that they could persuade me to get extra work done on my car this is one place I would definitely stay away from i’am so afraid that something is going to go wrong with my car because I went there

Walked into the sheboygan location again my car was misfiring on the way to work. Turns out needed to replace 4 spark plugs, valve cover gasket and ignition coil as well as the fuel pump gasket. And yet again the people's champion Dave the manager took care of the issue and most of all gave me a fantastic price! Won't go anywhere else!!
Have a Hummer H2 that needed a full exhaust put on that I brought in, they got everything done the same day to get it done, even stayed late to get it completed. They did awesome work, Very much appreciated their work, time. JB.
