I’ve have took my car in meineke and GRANITE city Illinois. They charge me too much money and never fix my problem. The third time I’ve been there just taking my money. I will never go to Meineke again for breaks or nothing and it’s a bad review. I will put on Meineke‘s display.

Do not go to this place in Clarksville
Do not go to this place in Clarksville, TN. My grandaughter went there because the AC was making noise. They did full check of the car and came back saying it needed serpentine belt and oil change and change air filter and cabin filter. They then said it needed new brake rotars and pads. Guess what those were already done a few months ago and were still good. It was there way of taking advantage of a young girl with no auto knowledge. So she agreed to serpentine and oil change, $690!!! When repairs done, she started car and AC still made noise. They told her they thought new serpentine belt would fix AC noise. When asked if they even looked at AC which was the reason she brought car there, they said no. You would think they would have checked AC fan or compressor. They said bring car back another day and they would check electrical and AC. Another way to make more money. Not going back there. So she gets car home and notices oil leaking. Took to a different shop and they found gasket missing. Who recommends and does an oil change without diagnosing the leak and not noticing no gasket and fixing it, Meineke does. When asked the mechanics at Meineke had attitute and no answers. Stay away from this shop. Do not go here.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Went above and beyond to get my car ready for me, even offering Uber service if they had to keep it overnight. Jacob at the front desk was very knowledgeable and polite and the mechanics were great about making sure I knew what they were doing before they did it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service.
ABHORRENT TREATMENT OF 100% COMBAT DISABLED VETERAN…
Negative Five Stars would be too generous for this corporation and their headquarters in NC. There is ZERO respect for a customer, ZERO accountability and ZERO help. My 100% combat disabled veteran husband was jerked around by Meineke's call center responsible for appointment setting. They scheduled him and confirmed via text message his appointment for a service in one of their facilities. When my husband arrived there, the manager declined to service my husband, stating that his particular shop did not provide that particular service. Moreover, he stated to my husband his extreme frustration with the schedulers and said he repeatedly tried to address their frivolous scheduling with the Corporate office. He advised my husband to contact Meineke's Corporate office for a resolution. What a joke that was! Three different reps from that office swallowed hours of my husband's time on absolutely fruitless phone conversations about his poor experience. None of them offered any solution or any kind of good faith gesture for my husband's troubles and wasted time. They refused to help in any way and told him he will have to go through their regular scheduling again. This is as bad as it gets when it comes to a business. Shame! This is how this corporation treats a 100% disabled veteran.
On the PLUS side: They change the oil and are pleasant. Also, they know how to navigate bookings through Open Bay.
On the MINUS side: They say that tire rotations are included with the oil change, but then they do not rotate the tires. After 2 skipped rotations, my front tires are both at 4, and my back tires at 7 and 8. I now need to replace the 2 front tires when I was hoping to have even wear on all 4 and get a deal (save $150) when replacing all 4 tires at once.

I have been to this location on multiple occasions however today was the worst day I've ever experienced Cliff the new manager who bragged that he was in operations manager been with the company for so darn long was rude abrupt and utterly rude. He really does need a coachable moment in customer service the back shop in the actual repair shop music was so loud I thought I was at a disco it was the worst experience ever. Thanks to cliff specifically I will never utilize meineke

Caused hairline crack in oil pan
I am honestly so disgusted and disappointed by my experience with this Meineke shop in Seabrook, NH. On the 27th of July 2026, I went off good faith to get my truck serviced here—an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. Well, after leaving the shop I noticed that my truck was leaking a bit of oil, but thought it might have been oil that fell into a groove while being drained. Well, I decided to climb under my truck to see if they made an error… to answer my question, they reinstalled my oil plug with a 1/8” gap, causing it to not sit flush or properly. I brought my truck back to the shop a week later, August 3, 2026. Upon their inspection they confirmed that they installed my oil plug incorrectly; however they used the excuse that “it fell on the floor and got a piece of dirt stuck to it…causing it not to seal”. The lady who stated she was the General Manager, Shelby, had a calm and collected composure, however, upon her return to the office she was all shook up and almost in tears. She asked if I could follow her in the shop and look at a “hairline crack in my oil pan”. This crack is right above where they made the mistake with oil plug. A hairline crack in oil pan is often caused by over torquing an oil plug… she stated how the issue was not covered under warranty and that it would cost me $1,380.00. I knew based off her reaction that it occurred while they were working under my truck—but that is just my opinion. I asked who I could talk to above her and she stated how the person above her was a “silent owner” who she can’t reveal the name of. The people in this shop do not know how to take accountability for their actions and don’t deserve your business. I should have stuck with taking my truck to my dependable Chevrolet dealership.

Here’s one for the ages…
Here’s one for the ages…
On 5/18/26 I took my 2018 Ford Explorer to a local Meineke here in San Antonio, Tx for a recharge of the air conditioner. I took my vehicle there due to Endurance Warranty sending me there. Little did I know that Endurance would NOT cover the work needed which turned out to be a new water pump and compressor. That also turned into a new motor mount. $4700.00 and my vehicle being there over a month I ended up taking it back after only having it a week because the timing chain I had forgot to mention I had to replace was a faulty part. So now we’re in the almost $7000.00 range of parts and labor I’ve pretty much paid not to mention rental car fees out of my own pocket. My truck is still at Meineke and it’s AUGUST!!!! Why is it there you ask? According to Meineke it has to wait for their warranty company to approve that their part was faulty…How long does that take? Meanwhile my truck is sitting outside a Meineke collecting dust not being worked on. Does Meineke say “hey these people have been through enough let’s just fix the truck and make this right” NOPE. I’m still waiting for and “ok” for them to work on my vehicle that they mind you worked on with “warranty parts”. If I was paying out of pocket I’d have my truck by now but since this is their dime and responsibility I’m having to wait…What kind of customer service is this Meineke? I need my vehicle fixed it’s almost over two months. Help me out here.

Friendly, reliable, honest.
No one wants to spend money on their cars, we all hope for a quick and easy inspection, but on the off-chance that's not going to happen-both Javier and Ambar will explain to you (regardless of your level of knowledge in car mechanics) why they are recommending repairs (and I promise you the repairs are so you, and your car, live to see another day. Sometimes seeing things like, your rusted out tie rods, make you wonder how both of you lived that long, unscathed, tbh). They are also honest re: how long the repair is going to take and send you a link of the exact cost/parts before starting the work (so you can plan for the unexpected Sunday without your car).
2 months is not standard for changing a transmission an extra week for a programmer to show up translate to more money I have to spend on a rental silver rock need to pay for this extra $900 spent on a rental they quoted us for 3 weeks not 2 months to complete the job I done a transmission in 2 days by myself this is ridiculous they keep telling me different dates on when parts arrived and the dates are like a week apart telling me it's done and then calling back like a parts missing than ion know this don't look like it's going smoothly for us or them I would've just sent the car back if I knew all this would be the outcome paying a note for a truck i drove a week and found a transmission issue from Drivetime scheming asses sold us a 🍋 and either way we are paying for it

I took my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder to get…
I took my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder to get the exhaust checked its load when you accelerate. It was Saturday around 2pm so i wasn’t sure if they would have time. That was the case. The guy at the counter let me know right away. Can you bring it back Monday which was fine. I asked if he had any openings, he said 7:30am was open and available. I’ll take it. Then thing started to go left from there. He says get here early because people just come and start lining up before 7:30. I say, How does that work if I have an appointment, the first appointment of the day nonetheless. No one else is on the books for that time other than me. He says well we take them as they come. How does that work? If I show up at 6:30am and someone gets there at 7am. If they get to the door first how does it work then. Since when does walk-ins take precedence over appointments? His answer was you can take it somewhere else if you don’t like the way we do things. I chalked it up to maybe it’s not the store but the individual that was at the counter. I have done business with them in the past, so I figure maybe it was just a bad day. Let’s schedule the appointment for 7:30am. I have my daughter drop the car off. She gets there early of course. Checks in call and let me know that they have the vehicle. It’s Now 12:30 I haven’t heard anything. I give them a call. I rings goes to voicemail. The mailbox is full. I hang up call again they answer. I tell them who I am, my appointment and vehicle make and model. Also that my daughter dropped it off for me. He asked me my name again, then tells me that they don’t have a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. I say what’re you talking about about he says it again we don’t have a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. I ask if he sees my appointment? He say yes but we don’t have a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. Are you sure you have the right store I say this is 24th an Oregon or Vare avenue next to the wine and spirit store correct? He say yes but we don’t have your vehicle. Can you call him your daughter and make sure she dropped it off at the right place. I call her to verify and of course she dropped it off to the right place. I’m on the phone with her and the call on the other line. Mr. Gary we have your vehicle. My manager made up a new ticket instead of using your appointment and he put it in under Deary instead of Gary. Which even if that was the case you told me that you didn’t have a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. When the vehicle was dropped of it was left in front of one of the bay doors. So they had to have moved it. The lot only holds a hand full of cars on top of that. I say I dropped the car off at 7:30 it’s now 12:30 what’s going on. We had people in front of you. How could that be if I was the first appointment. If you don’t like the way we do things you can take go somewhere else. That’s your answer? Then he says he already had three cars left over from Saturday. I say why didn’t you explain that I would’ve possibly understood. He then say we took your car in at 7:30 I said you didn’t take it in you just received the keys at 7:30. Words have meanings. Again he says, you can take you vehicle somewhere else. I say it’s now 1pm where can I take it to that will have time to fix it today? I dropped off first thing this morning so you could let me know what was going on so I had time assess what was going on and get the money. You can take it somewhere else. We’re getting ready to bring it in. I say take a look, hung up the phone took ten steps. I called them back and told him don’t do anything I’m coming to get the vehicle. I would be a fool to allow them to work on my vehicle. I’m going to let everyone I know not to deal with Meineke.

Customer service should be professional always.
Dear Sir/Madame
Despite shop hours are posted 7:30 on Saturday, the tech arrived at 8:15, the manager denied my oil change exclusive coupon. Tech performed engine coolant system service. The vehicle started vibrating and loosing power. Went back after only traveling 7.7 miles. Manager instructed tech to wrap tape around the vacuum line and for me to go to the parts store and purchase vacuum line and bring it to my next appointment stating " he wasn't staying late. He even had the nerve to close the garage & turn off the lights while the tech was trying to remedy the situation. It took me 34 minutes to travel 5.2 miles. If that wasn't enough, looking over the invoice, I am Disputing the credit card surcharge placed on my bank (debit) card. I have receipts and time stamps. My transportation is unsafe to drive and from work after paying over $300.00.

I had a wonderful experience!
I had a wonderful experience at Meineke. They helped me pull a nail out of my tire and patch it up...all within 15 minutes of my arrival. I went back a month later to check my tire pressure as my light came on and they were so nice to check all my tires and let me know everything was ok...all within 15 minutes of arrival. They are fast, so helpful and kind. I highly recommend coming here.
