Great, fast, friendly service!
New Freedom Location needs to do better. 2nd time in two weeks we have dropped a car off at 8am, Appointment was scheduled both times and no update, no service was completed. Went to the store and car still sitting in the same place as I dropped it off. Manager tells lies (does not look good for him, since I hear he is new). DO NOTGO HERE, UNLESS YOU PLAN TO LEAVE YOUR CAR FOR DAYS FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE OR STATE INSPECTION (AT LOCATION FOR SURE)
Received a $1200 estimate for an AC condensor (which i thought was high) but they could do it right away and its 90 degrees out. so I agreed to the estimate. when I went to pick up the car the bill was $1630, he said he made a mistake on the estimate (the link to the estimate has since disappeared on my phone) he knocked off $100 but I was in a pickle, the job was done and I needed the car pick up my grandson in the week. so buyer beware, Ill never go back to any meineke center.
Technicians got me in on time, did a great job on my brakes and got me safely on the road. I'd go back in a heartbeat!
My car needed an AC recharge. He made me pay for it even though he said he couldn’t do it because it needed a part they didn’t have and couldn’t get. But he insisted he did the recharge service and used product that leaked out because I needed a part, it wasn’t his fault, so I had to pay for it and drive away in a hot car. Then a friend of mine recharged it for me for free and told me it wasn’t difficult, nothing needed to be replaced, and it’s been working perfectly for two weeks since he actually fixed it. I called and spoke to the manager who told me he was the one who worked on it and he changed the story three times in the course of the phone conversation, but insisted he’s been doing it for 12 years and he’s the manager, so of course he can be trusted. And he wouldn’t refund me. I’ve told several friends about this place since then, and one of them also had a horrible experience when he took his car to them for simple maintenance. They don’t know what they’re doing unless they’re sliding a credit card. Save your money and go somewhere else. These guys are idiots and they’re crooks
I went to the meineke on tropicana in las vegas. Had them put on 4 calipers that I had powder coated red. They installed the calipers. They left the bolts loose on the calipers. One of the bolts fell out. The caliper is damaged and it damaged my wheel. Each of the other calipers had a bolt in them that was hand tight. I returned to meineke about the damage and have been given every excuse in the book and zero action. Since been back 4 different occasions and not one thing the manager has said each time I went there has happened.. do not go to this place, extremely negligent and incompetence from mechanics on up. They should be ashamed of them selves especially considering these people charge like $225 and hour labor for thos kind of negligence and incompetence. Looks like I have to fix the damage myself and just sue them in court for restitution after them giving me nothing but excuses and a runaround. Learn from my lesson. Do not use this horrible company... they don't stand behind their incompetent work
Went into the location on North Grand in Pueblo CO for an oil change & was out within an hour. Service was fast and efficient. Kevin the manager was very nice and personable. Will definitely return
i was visiting my son on 07/06/26. I needed assistance with a vehicle issue. Amber assigned my vehicle to a service tech and took care of my issue efficiently, professionally and with the utmost extra-mile in customer service. The other staff members were also very courteous. Hats off to Ms. Amber Respectfully, Vincent Martin
I went in because my a/c hadn’t been working. I told them I thought it was the blower motor because my fans weren’t pushing air. I got a call saying it wasn’t the blower motor, that they took it out and it was working fine. They told me I didn’t need to replace the blower motor, and that they wanted to run a diagnostic. I signed an estimate, gave the go ahead. They called me again to let me know that the cabin air filter had been installed wrong and was allowing debris in. They said they “fixed it”. When I picked my car up, the man at the front desk was more concerned with looking at my chest than he was explaining to me what had been done to my car. (I don’t know his name) I took my keys, left the parking lot, and my a/c wasn’t pushing air. I turned around, came back in, said it wasn’t working. They had the technician come back out, he said it’d been working great before I left, and when he started the car, the a/c (set to max) started pushing air very weakly and with an egregious sound. But still, the man at the front desk was more concerned with looking me over. (This is relevant.) I told them it didn’t work for me, maybe it was a wiring issue. They said they’d have to take out the dash and wouldn’t have time today, but maybe the issue would resolve itself and if I kept having issues to come back. I just wanted to get out of there because I didn’t want to be around him anymore, so I accepted it and left. I decided to wait more than a month for my boyfriend to visit and try to fix it (in a heatwave) because the man at the front desk made me so uncomfortable with the staring. In his repairs, we popped off the cover where the air filter is supposed to live and there was no cabin air filter! In short, they diagnosed a problem, did not fix it while claiming they did, dismissed me when I said they didn’t fix it, and sent me on my way. All while making me incredibly uncomfortable! So.. I will not be returning. For anything. Ever. :) Oh and by the way: we replaced the blower motor and installed a new cabin air filter. And it worked. (The resistor was not the issue, we tried it out with just that first)
I am 71 years old and this was the absolute worse experience I have ever seen . We travelled from Southwest Missouri to Chicago. I had recently purchased a used Honda Pilot and was told the front lower control arms has been replaced by the Honda dealer where I purchased it. The tires started wearing on our trip to Chicago. Apparently the front end was not aligned after installing the new control arms. I went to this Meinike repair on Friday around noon. They asked me to come back at 3:30. When I returned I was told they couldn't get to it that day. Could I bring it back on Saturday morning at 8:00. I was there at 8:00 on Saturday. I was told the repairs would take an hour to complete. I waited until 10:00 and mycar was still sitting outside. I asked the service writer lady (who was wonderful by the way) if there was a problem. She went and asked the shop manager if they were going to get to it. He told her the were just about to bring it in. I told the nice lady, great as I had an appointment at noon a few minutes away. An hour later my car was still outside. It never moved. At this point I asked for my keys to be returned so I could make my appointment and then try to find another shop to do the alignment. Of course at 12;30 on a Saturday there was no one who could get it in. This repair facility has cost me two days to return to Missouri. I had to wait until Monday to get the alignment done. WORST REPAIR SHOP I'VE EVER BEEN TO
The place was great 2 years ago I am a loyal customer, the Alex guy 5 stars then.My recent experience of them attempting to price gouge 1600$ for a radiator cooling fan plus the 180$ diagnostic was unethical. I purchased the fan at auto zone for 550$ and installed in 20 minutes 6 tabs and 2 8mm bolts.
Location 2110, Las Vegas, NV. Jacques and Mike were very patient and took the time to explain all the items needed. They painstakingly did all the suspension needed and even drove me to get lunch, while waiting. Very honest, up front, polite and efficient.Keep this team together, they are a winning team!
YouMeineke Kingman provides across-the-board excellent vehicle repair and maintenance service. The customer service area to the bays are welcoming, and well kept. The service from diagnostics to repairs are completed with accuracy and efficiency. Ryan, and the rest of the staff/mechanics are all knowledgeable and provide friendly customer service. An excellent experience every time, much appreciated.
My dad’s car was braking a little weird. They were able to look at it right away and told me it was fine. Glad they were so honest!
Very professional knows his job. I'm retired military I would have him and his mechanics working for me.
My vehicle was taken in for an issue with over heating. Apparently nothing was found wrong with the coolant etc diagnostic testing. And oil change was recommended because the oil level was low, and i was told that COULD be the problem which causes over heating. Ok Kool. My daughter even called before picking up the vehicle if they test drove the vehicle and their response was YES. Anyways my daughter did not even get up the street from the shop and the vehicle started over heating and the oil came directly out. Clearly they did not test drive the vehicle, secondly nothing was offered to help get the vehicle back to their shop. They act like oh well, an explanation was given about maybe their software needs updated because nothing came back on the diagnostic test. The sole purpose of this visit is too see why the car kept overheating. They didnt offered to tow my vehicle back to their shop, which would have cost me more money. They simple act like they did not care and basically they could not do nothing but take my 254 dollars like it wasn't nothing. I understand I rendered their services but no care was given at all. Lesson Learned I would not recommend this location at all!
Horrible service, went for oil change and tire rotation. Tire rotation was not done. Mechanic Matt was too concerned with upselling my AC compressor when he didnt check every component. When i asked about that he gave me a unprofessional response like I was stupid. Told me my car had dual blend door acuator , It only has one. If you like getting ripped off this is the place for you. Nothing worse than when a "mechanic" treats you like your dumb. Zero stars actually.
Had a lot of problems with my tahoe, brought it in and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it hasn't run this good in along time.
Someone drilled a hole in the bottom of my gas tank and stole my gas. One block away was a Meineke and I asked them to replace my tank with one comparable to mine. Mine did not have the sensor that is in some tanks to avoid overflow. The one they put in my vehicle has the sensor and prevents me from pumping gas normally. I came back to have them change it to the correct tank and the owner said, "TOO LATE NOW"! and laughed. He never offered to correct the mistake that he knew was made. This is the Meineke at 3002 East Tudor Rd. Anchorage, AK
The staff is EXTREMELY kind and KNOWLEDGABLE. They are on point with their service time, and even if they are running a little longer than usual they will keep you informed. They definitely will explain to you in detail expense of requested services and are always a little less costly than others. This is my always Go to spot.
