Ordered something with 2 day rushed shipping. It was cancelled almost a week later with no explanation. I didn’t receive a refund for shipping, only the item I purchased.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry the purchase did not work out for your needs. We have a generous 45 day return policy where you can return the item for your refund. Simply include the invoice with the return. You can find return instructions on the back of the same invoice.

The calendar was flimsy and not the quality of the previous calendars I have ordered. There were no tabs for the different months and the cover and back were flimsy. Not the quality I was expected.

Order put on hold--asked for money upfront when I have a current account with them and didn't want to issue a credit line before ordering
The order was put on hold and I had to call about it. I was told I didn't have a credit history with them, but had a current account with them and was paying monthly on the account. They wanted a certain amount up front before fulfilling and sending the order I placed online. However, I am all the time receiving catalogs from them asking for me to purchase and pay only a certain amount a month. So I don't understand why they couldn't fulfill the order I recently placed online. Don't send out catalogs encouraging people to order if you aren't going to fulfill the order (Especially given the fact, I already have a current open account with them!)

Thank you for your review. A preapproval means that you have met certain criteria to be offered Preferred Credit. It is much like receiving a credit card offer in the mail. Preapproval does not guarantee approval upon placing an order and a credit check is still necessary, just like when you apply for a credit card via a mail offer. Sometimes the credit department requires a down payment before we can ship the order. I hope this explains the process and I am truly sorry for any frustration caused.

I just reordered a 5-year calendar that I’ve used for years. But this calendar does not have tabs for each month, only for January. This one will be much harder to use since I’ll have to go through every page in the year to find the month I’m looking for. Why was this changed? So disappointed.

"Fake" promotion code for free shipping
This company offers a code for free shipping, it does not activate at check out. First I emailed the company 05/25, and was reminded the cost had to be over $49 for the code to activate, the cost was $61.86 well over the amount, I verified the cost and they said they would get back to me..No Follow up. I called Customer Service 05/28 and was told to pay the price without using the promotion code, once it shipped I can call back a get reimbursed for the shipping charge.🤔 This is tricky, and they didn't care to follow up regarding the issue. I prefer to order from a company that actually cares about transparency and their customers' shopping experience.
