Absolutely unacceptable product design and a complete failure in engineering. I purchased this stand to hold my red light, assuming a company that sells premium equipment would have designed a proper mounting solution. After countless emails with their support team, I was told the recommended way to secure the light was to screw the knobs directly into the back panel of the light, damaging the very product the stand is supposed to protect. This is beyond disappointing; it is a major design flaw. A stand for an expensive piece of equipment should have proper padding, protective contact points, and a secure mounting system that does not require customers to put holes or damage into their own device. What makes this even worse is that the same company designed both the light and the stand, yet somehow failed to account for basic protection and usability. This shows a serious lack of attention to detail and quality control. After this experience, I have zero confidence in their product claims or their other products. If they missed such an obvious flaw in a stand designed for their own light, it raises serious concerns about the rest of their lineup. For the prices they charge, customers should expect premium quality, thoughtful design, and reliability. Instead, I received a product that can damage my equipment and support that offered an unacceptable solution. Edit: Thank you for the reply, but you're not getting off the hook that easily. If you truly want to clarify your design choice for future customers, then release a detailed YouTube tutorial showing the installation process, explaining why it was designed this way, and addressing the issues customers are likely to encounter. Anything less than comprehensive documentation comes across as an attempt to save face rather than genuinely help customers. The installation experience is unnecessarily confusing and poorly documented. Telling customers after the fact what the design intended to do isn't a substitute for clear instructions before they purchase or install the product. If your engineering team stands behind this design, then demonstrate it publicly with complete documentation and a proper video walkthrough.

The company provided all the technical specs I needed to compare it to other similar offerings. There was also no faux pressure e.g. a time limit or claims of a limited number of units. I also appreciated using Shop as I have my payment and delivery info saved there.

It’s easy to place an order. On July 6 I received an email stating that our lights were being packed for shipment. That email said a 2nd email would be sent when the lights shipped. The 2nd email was not sent. Our MitoPro Mobile lights arrived on July 9.
