Long story
Long story, I have been using Morbiversa for 3 months now. When I am contacting their sales team. They have first offered me a 2.5% fee + multicurrency gateway. (Which means it will support USD payment / other country payment). After that, they have come out with a lot of reasons, stating that your business is considered as high risk, and increase the fees to 3.4%. As I have paid, I have to agree with the fees. EVEN THOUGH THEIR AGREEMENT STATED THE FEES IS 2.5%. No problem, since I was urgently needing a payment gateway. (And it took more than 1 months to setup). Once everything is completed, I thought I can finally have a credit card/debit card system on my website with no issue. The customer tried to pay with USD, did not convert, so when the customer purchases a 100 USD product he just needs to pay 100 MYR XD. Contacted their sales team again and ask for a refund and they say they can't do it since already activated. Ask for their technical team to fix this and they say it has always been only MYR and multicurrency is under development. So their technical team refuses to fix this for me and I will have to fix it myself by forcing every payment into MYR! There is something worst than this, whenever the transaction goes through, the website will not upgrade the status as "PAID" as there was no callback function set by them after successful payment. So every time I will have to log in to the portal and check every transaction one by one. Suggested to them about this and they said under development since the first day of me using this payment gateway. Imagine I have more than 100-200 transactions going through per day and I have to check every single one! Now, the credit/debit card system is not working again, already down for more than 12 hours, waiting for them to fix~. If you are OK with MYR currency only, random 3.4% fees, random downtime, so many other problems you can try for Mobiversa. Oh ya, there are some transactions customer paid is missing as well, the customer said already paid but they are saying they did not receive them, still waiting for checking on this issue. NEW UPDATE : STRAIGHT UP DISABLED MY ACCOUNT AND SAID THAT THEY DONT SUPPORT HIGH-RISK MERCHANT NOW. I have volume around 100-200K MYR per month. hundred to thousands of transaction per month. So far only 3 chargebacks which one I advised the customer to do so because the payment is missing. They said they don't accept our business anymore and of course the development fee is not refunded. So basically used for 2.5 months and got disabled. Their acquirer is UMobile. When looking for payment gateway try to avoid this acquirer. They also did place me on a rolling reserve which they will return my money after 120 days in August amount is around 60K. Plenty of good payment gateway to choose will not recommend.
