Customers frequently reported receiving defective, low-quality, or completely wrong items instead of what they actually ordered through the platform. Reviewers also experienced severe delivery delays, with many shipments arriving late, incomplete, or not showing up at all. Some reviewers were not happy with the customer support team, noting that agents were unhelpful and consistently refused to process legitimate product returns. Consumers additionally mentioned that communicating with the company was frustrating, and getting refunds for undelivered or faulty goods proved to be extremely difficult. Recently I bought a medical bed (Acme 1900x900x600mm Semi Fowler Bed, Acme-1010) for my loved one as this item was not available on other sites. So I was bit afraid but their team helped me and delivered the item safely and on time. Also the price is very economical than any other sites.

As coronavirus is spreading I thought of buying a face shield for me and my family. I was searching for this product online but it was not in stock on most of the sites because maybe all people are buying. I found it in stock on Moglix and ordered it. They sent it within 5-6 days. They gave me around 50 percent discount on the product. I have been using it for 3 days. It is very light and using it is also easy. I can also adjust it because it has a soft elastic near the headband to do that. The plastic is soft and of good quality. Will surely recommend buying from this site.

A complete fraud. Low quality products and no response to customer. Please do not order any product from this store. They will act like addressing the issues by dropping automatic mails. An absolute failure platform.

Very bad product. I bought one ladder from them which seems of very low quality contrary to what they described. When I asked them to replace it, they denied it. Take company. Never buy any product from them. Better visit Amazon or Flipkart. Talking to Customer care was Very bad experience.

Finally, I received this product. Very much happy.. The product was out of stock on every other online website. I was looking for it for nearly one month. But finally found it on Moglix. The product was also delivered quickly without any problem. Lifebuoy has always been a trusted brand so I wanted to buy this product. The consistency of the sanitizer is very good. It is not watery like some other brands. Just take 4 to 5 drops on your palm and rub it. It dries up instantly and is not sticky, The smell of this sanitizer is also not irritating. It is mild. I received the bottle with proper packaging without any damage. If you are looking for Lifebuoy Hand Sanitizer, then buy from Moglix. They have other products also like masks, oximeters and thermometers in stock. I have placed orders for them as well.

First thing, the mask fits perfectly and you can also breathe easily. Product is very good. The nose clip makes the mask fit nicely on your face. You also do not have ear pain while wearing this mask. It is super comfortable than other masks which I had ordered previously from other online websites. This is an EN 149 mask which is recommended by doctors for use against the Covid virus. I got the product within 3 to 4 days itself and the packaging was also good. The mask is also washable and reusable so I ordered 5 more from Moglix for my family members. Extremely happy with this mask from Moglix. Definitely 5 stars for their services and quality.
