Their strategy is very simple. Use an artificially low price to attract buyers, get them to buy, keep them waiting for weeks while a blurb on the product page that says "50 people bought this recently", then increase the price conveniently. None of the orders will get fulfilled. They will not respond to ANY emails sent to their "care" helpline email id, so you are simply forced to cancel the order. It is 10 days since I placed order 3605578 for a Weller soldering station priced at "80%" discount. Guess what happened - I am still waiting. Delivery date gets pushed by a day each new day, no answers to emails, and when you call the message simply says "all our executives are busy" and the phone is cut. Of course my money is safe since I just need to file a chargeback dispute with my credit card company. Buyer beware. This is an absolute fraud.
Good quality products i received , on time delivery and trustable source.
Worst website to order. They don't carry the product and takes weeks to buy and than package furthermore weeks to ship. That too wrong product! Their returns are worst nightmares were they ask so many pictures, documents and their own invoices and takes months to do the process.
Its a fake company. Delivered a damaged hospital bed and not willing to replace or return. Fraud people.

Today is 14th June, and like the experience of many others who ordered from Moglix they just raise tickets, ask for your order ID, will send an automated message that somebody will get back to you and then do nothing. Tactic is to just tire out the customer till one day the customer gives up. You fall for their low prices and this is how you get scammed. This is the order # 3309851. My experience with Moglix has been very bad. I ordered a small manual lawn mower which cost me a little less than Rs. 3000. I received my order in a very sorry looking plastic sack with handles popping out and the sack was sewn with a thin rope. When I opened the sack there was only a grass collection basket and handle. The main component which is the mower with blade was missing. I called up the delivery guy who asked me to contact Moglix. Moglix claims they gave me a sealed intact product. Really bad experience. Very disappointed.

I ordered 1 netgear 8 port poe switch 123w worth rs 9000.And one poe tplink omada ac1750 router worth 7000rs(amazon is 9000rs).I got both of them as in exact date by cash on delivery method.First of all I am also confused due to the negative review by other people ,due that worry I ordered through Cash on delivery. .I don't think moglix is fraud from my experience .Almost 25% of price is lower while comparing with Amazon. I am happy with it .
