I love these chamois robes. I own several for guests to use around our pool/hot tub. One of my friends raved above them so much every time she was here that I finally bought one for her birthday. They are warm and absorb moisture well, yet are light and comfortable to wear. Quick order filling and quick delivery.
Ease of buying as a guest. Quality of robe and fit. Almost wish I could wear it all day. Think prch was just after new year.
I am 5'3" tall; the robe was way too large and there were no choices as to size preference. Please make products for women my size. Thank you.
I am sorry about that, unfortunately we are mainly a hotel robe manufacturer and unfortunately hotel robes need to be "universal" in size. We created monarchcypressonline as a way to allow customers who liked the hotel robe they used to purchase it directly.
Helpful correspondence with a representative. Great product. Quick delivery.
I wash my sheets weekly and every sheet set I have had before this point has not withstood the test of time. My sheets will start to get the fuzzy balls on them and lose their softness. I was in a hotel and these sheets were on the bed. I absolutely fell in love. So far these sheets have been great, very soft and have been fine with several washes. Only thing I don't like is they only offer white.
This is the third time I’ve ordered this same robe. I love it. Comfortable and easy to wash.
Wife loves the robe.. heavyweight and warm. Great for when she gets out of the hot tub.loves the hood n pockets
I am always happy to purchase gifts for new babies, college students, and newlyweds from Monarch Cypress. Mothers, teens, and young couples are always happy to receive your beautiful, well made, and functional robes. Thank you
Well I was beyond impressed with the robes we use them for our winter trips to the hot tub and they are fabulous and really heavy and cozy
Really nice towels. Big and thick. I love how they were packaged. Will definitely be getting more!
Love the robe - fits perfectly and beautify and comfy. Had one at a spa and had to come home and order one for myself - so glad I did.
The robe is excellently made and the fabric both lining and exterior is very high quality. This is the perfect style robe to cuddle up in upon getting out of the jacuzzi in winter!
Beautifully constructed. soft, comfortable and expertly packaged. Thank you, K
What amazing gifts these made for all the ladies at Christmas! From the packaging to the quality, and especially the service, everything was fantastic.
Easy ordering , shipped right away tracking was good . Packaged nicely.
I love the product and service was outstanding. All embroidery was done correctly.
Nice robes unless you need to speak to someone in customer service. No response after multiple attempts.
On time delivery!
I ordered this for my sister for Christmas. She loves it. Says it's great quality and will keep her warm when she's getting out of her hot tub on those cold days. Shipping was fast.
