Placed an order early October. I haven’t received my order yet, tried emailing the customer service website, my email was blocked. Imagine that. I won’t do business with company again. I will stick with Troll Clothing. At least they reply back to me.

Avoid Scam
Avoid. I feel like I’ve been scammed. The website gives an independent company feel to it, but the company is in Hong Kong. I can imagine the factory produces the same items as Shein and Temu. The hoodie is as thin as a t-shirt, is made from cheap and nasty material and the transfer feels like it’s been ironed on, poorly and I imagine it’ll come off during the first wash. The t-shirts, both the same size fit differently and again have a nasty feel to it and the transfer is poor. The time from payment to arriving was also very lengthy. The website showed 3-5 days. It was more like 3 weeks. Very disappointed as the design is pretty cool but massively let down by the poor quality. I have e-mailed the company and they are declining to accept a refund.
SCAM Run Away!!
SCAM Company is called North American Trading company but it's based in Hong Kong. I ordered 3 hoodies based upon the pictures on fb and website. All very poor quality design is an iron on transfer, the quality between the three hoodies are all extremely poor almost temu-esk. The material is mainly plastic and ridged the interior of the hoodies resembles a dish cloth and has a weird fiber foam underneath. Anyone wearing this will smell like an onion pasty very quickly. The material is not breathable. There are no labels on the hoodie so no way to know what the mix of cotton and polyester is. The returns process is designed to put you off returning the items. Deal with company at your pearl
