From the moment I booked, the communication was outstanding. Shortly after making my reservation, I received a text from the owner explaining exactly how pickup day would work and letting me know that my driver would communicate with me by text. On the morning of my flight, my driver reached out to confirm everything. After I landed, he texted again, asked me to send a photo of the gate where I was waiting, and even sent me a picture of himself and his vehicle so I knew exactly who to look for. The entire process was seamless and took all the stress out of finding my ride. I've used transportation services before, but this was by far the best communication I've experienced. I always knew what to expect, and that level of customer service made all the difference. Highly recommend!
Waited for us at Palma after delay getting through biometrics.. really nice guy and he picked us up from our hotel.. spot on time. Highly recommended. Big motor for 5 of us plenty of room and various child seats
