Trying to modify the dates of travel
Trying to modify the dates of travel, they're charging per passenger, per day, per destination, which is a total ripoff. Reservation was made less than 24 hours. Save your money, fly elsewhere
the worst airline...i would never…
the worst airline...i would never recommend this...U already checked in but no any announcements regarding the door will closed ..they asked us to collect our luggage at My Airline counter...told us the gate was closed...staff was not helpful at KLIA2...Gate J5 today our flight at 6.40pm
Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. Staff and managers lack simple training and education. I will never fly with this so called company ever again. Air Asia is so much better… they actually listen to issues and problems.
The worst flight experience ever
The worst flight experience ever! I bought 15kg checked in baggage but was told to carry the baggage until boarding. In the boarding tunnel, you will be asked to pass your “checked in baggage” to the cabin staff. It was no difference to purchase the checked in baggage. Additionally, the customer service was BAD. The live chat agent can’t solve your problem while the instagram customer service just read your message without reply.
Scam
They forced us to buy an onward ticket for a domestic flight even thought we already had one from a different airport. I think they make commission from selling last minute flights and claiming its for visa reasons.According to the Malaysian immigration website this additional information was not needed. They were shocked when we booked onward travel but with a different airline. 3 times they said "but this is with air Asia?" Avoid!

Tried MYAirline the first time and here's my honest review!
Tried MYAirline the first time Penang>Kuala Lumpur Z97802. Purser and Crew was very welcoming and accommodating to all passengers. Their uniform reflects that the airline is unpretentious. Cabin was new and okay, and although seat can't be reclined it was comfortable. Throughout my observation their pilots and crews does looked like experienced people I guess that's why everything went smoothly! Glad that Malaysian aviation allow them to operate to disrupt monopoly in low cost aviation business! Hope MyAirline will continue to grow in this region and I definitely looking forward to try BKK route next!

6 May 2023 21:25 flight from Kota Bharu to Kuala Lumpur My family and I (wife and 3 children) flew with My Airline for the first time from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Bharu. Both flights were comfortable with decent leg room for short flights and friendly cabin crew. For the return flight from Kota Bharu in particular we would like to express our appreciation to the ground crew and supervisor for assisting us. Will fly My Airline again based on first experience.

Make a kiosk.. and teach your staff to respect your customer!! Expecially your staff in klia 2. Very rude and not serve your customer well. Your price was expensive too.. i paid almost rm500. but your service very low class.
Another tax payer funded mess.
Another tax payer funded mess. I really wanted to try them out but they're so difficult to deal with I gave up and flew Air Asia. I simply wanted to speak to an agent to ask a question, primarily, do they have Extra Legroom seats like Air Asia's Hot Seats but they won't answer without you giving your booking reference. NO, I HAVEN'T BOOKED. I just want to ask a 3 seconds long question with a yes or no answer. Cannot answer without Booking Reference. NOTE. THE REVIEW STARS LEVEL IS WRONG AS A COUPLE OF TERRIBLE REVIEWS HAVE PUT 5 STARS. OBVIOUSLY IN ERROR. THIS IS A ONE STAR EXPERIENCE AIRLINE.

Worse than AirAsia and that says all. My recent flight to Kota Bharu on 18 March 2023. I had a scheduled flight at 7:30 am, which was then rescheduled twice, first to 10 am, and then to 12:30 pm. However, when I arrived at the airport, the flight was postponed yet again, this time until 1:35 pm, making a total delay of 6 hours. Additionally and most importantly, one staff member named Sangeeta was exceptionally rude and unprofessional, showing annoyance rolling her eyes in front of other clients when dealing with an elderly gentleman's delay inquiry. I directly brought it to her attention that her attitude is not making any better for the customer service and she replied that its because she just came into work. Which did not justify or made any sense. I was advised to write an email to the customer service for compensation plan for such delay. And guess what they replied that thy cannot make any compensation plan and that was end of the story. Totally unprofessional and disregarding customers. Horrendous.
UNIFORM
I have to say that the uniforms worn by the air crew on my recent myairline flight were impressive. The attire gave me a sense of assurance that the crew was professional and prepared to serve us. The uniform was also very practical, allowing the crew to move around comfortably while serving us. I particularly appreciated how suitable the attire was for the air hostesses who had to stand and serve us for the entire flight.

If you're looking for a budget airline with excellent service, myairline.my is the perfect choice. I recently flew with them and was impressed by their commitment to making every flight a comfortable and enjoyable experience for their passengers. One of the standout features of myairline.my is their low prices. Despite the affordable fares, the quality of service is not compromised. The flight attendants were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was top-notch. Another thing I appreciated was the attention to detail on every flight. The cabin was clean and well-maintained, and the seats were comfortable with plenty of legroom. Even the in-flight meals were surprisingly good! The pilots also deserve a mention for their expert flying skills. The flights were smooth and I felt safe throughout the journey. The only drawback of myairline.my is that they have limited destinations, but I hope to see them expand in the future. Overall, myairline.my exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality airline at an affordable price.

This is my 1st experience flying with this airline from KL to KK. I booked and paid specific seats for myself and my son. Even though the Q was long, the check-in process was ok. When we boarded the aircraft, I noticed our seat numbers on the boarding pass was different from the window seat that I booked. What de Far.k!!!
Seriously the worst airline.
Seriously the worst airline I've ever seen. I had my flight delayed THREE times without prior notice, i had to go through the boarding gate and got denied my entry first before being asked to go to the counter. This will be my first and last time ever taking this airline. I have a college registration but had to contact the staff to postpone mine and the money for the transportation from KLIA2 is also gone for nothing. This airline doesn't worth your money.
