Couldn't Care Less Attitude. Impossible to contact them from abroad. Zero human interaction & when using their amateurish automated telephone service it's useless. I waited 5 days for a "Call Back" woman phoned me this morning, said, "It's not a very clear line" hung up and didn't ring back. How disgusting! FOLLOWING THIS REVIEW I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM A SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR AND WAS GIVEN A DIRECT LINE TO HIM. FAIR PLAY.
Another tax payer funded mess. I really wanted to try them out but they're so difficult to deal with I gave up and flew Air Asia. I simply wanted to speak to an agent to ask a question, primarily, do they have Extra Legroom seats like Air Asia's Hot Seats but they won't answer without you giving your booking reference. NO, I HAVEN'T BOOKED. I just want to ask a 3 seconds long question with a yes or no answer. Cannot answer without Booking Reference. NOTE. THE REVIEW STARS LEVEL IS WRONG AS A COUPLE OF TERRIBLE REVIEWS HAVE PUT 5 STARS. OBVIOUSLY IN ERROR. THIS IS A ONE STAR EXPERIENCE AIRLINE.
