I true value, I was in the EU from the states for 17 days I blew thru 40GB of the 50GB in the plan I got from Nomad. What I really liked was the the providers they partner with typically had better coverage then the ones my T-Mobile service offered. Meaning they don't use the cheapest providers. Between the 5GB I got from T-mobile on different carriers and Nomads providers (and the dual sim tech in iPhone) I always had flawless 5g service. I will be using them again

eSIM didn’t work and terrible customer service
The eSIM wouldn’t work meaning that I had to pay for data through my phone contact and then all I was offered was a £3 off my next plan. Avoid and pay a bit more for a company that you know will work

Inconsistent in China
Multiple times I was unable to connect to anything, even though the carrier signal was strong. This left me unable to make payments at stores without wifi or access other critical apps when they were needed most.

Τhe saleswoman at the Bursa bazaar could not communicate well in english and there was a misunderstanding about the price. When I realised I paid 2000 insread of 200 turkish pounds I contacted the shop online late at night. Their response was immediate and they offered me options to solve the problem. Very satisfied with their immediate response and willingness to solve the issue.

I’ve used Nomad on every trip I’ve taken across Asia, Europe, Australia, South America, and the Pacific Islands, and it has never disappointed me when it comes to service and connectivity. I’ve consistently had a great experience staying connected while traveling, which is why I always recommend Nomad to friends and family. I even recommended it to some friends before one of their trips, but they decided to go with a different eSIM. After their trip, they told me they wished they had listened and gone with Nomad! After using it across so many different countries and regions, I can confidently say Nomad is my go-to eSIM for international travel. Highly recommend! 🌎📱✈️

It worked well enough, but after being here discovered that GoMoWorld is much better value and speed. I probably won't come back to this service again.
