What people say
Flawless!!!
I used a Nomad e-SIM during a recent 3 week trip to Thailand and Vietnam. Flawless performance throughout the whole trip and the cost was probably 1/20th of what it would have been using my UK based mobile service. It works, just use it.

E-sim worked in some parts of the area
E-sim worked in some parts of the area, but not all of the area in Dominican Republic. I'm not sure if it's the coverage area or whether the phone wasn't roaming. Everything was turned on.

Seamless service in Colombia
The Nomad eSIM worked without well in Colombia. Easy to set up on phone and worked seamlessly on arrival with good local coverage. The only improvement would be to have a smaller data package for 30 days, as after 2 1/2 weeks had only used less than 5 GB of 20 GB plan despite extensive use on my trip.
It worked seamlessly in China.
