Although they shipped quickly the issue is with their products. After reading the ingredients they are full of sugar and artificial dyes. I placed a large order with several different products. I was not impressed by the taste or price. Several products I am throwing out after reading the list of terrible ingredients and how many grams of sugar in everything. There are no products that contain any vitamins or minerals that I could order from somewhere else that would be healthy.

Nuts is a very dependable resource for my needs. I have been a customer for years. I have bought many of gifts for family members from Nuts, and of course for my own cooking needs. When I'm looking for a spice that's unique, I will check with Nuts first. Packaging and delivery is right on 👍. Their always check up with me on my purchase received. Very delightful company. TRYING TO GET MORE BANKING INFORMATION ????
I called to confirm address for billing & shipping an order I placed for $69.13 . I spoke to an Indian man, 3 times he had me confirming the same credit card information ??? And I gave it to him 3 times , he asked me to wait 6 - minutes for a confirmation #. Then he gets on tells me that credit card is not working & INSISTED I give him another CREDIT CARD # I told him that card DOES WORK !!! And 3 MORE times he told me I NEED A NEW CREDIT CARD # THIS ONE DONT WORK ??? This card isn't working AGAIN !!! NOW I dont trust him !!! SO I HANG UP THE PHONE !!! I DONT WANT THE ORDER NOW !! I go to my CHASE banking CARD app !! 2 MINUTES AFTER HE SAID IT DONT WORK AND HANG UP ?? TO CHECK my CHASE CARD AND THERE IS THE CHARGE FOR $69.13 That representative LIED TO ME IT DONT WORK !!! INSISTING ON ANOTHER CARD & NOW HE WOULD OF HAD 2 OF MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ?? I WONT TRUST THIS CROOK WORKING WITH YOUR BANKING INFORMATION. LIEING & TRYING TO GET MORE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ??? WHY ??? THIEF !! I GOT HIM !! This is my 1st & last order here at NUTS.COM NOT RECOMMENDED !!
You call this "Customer Service"??
(Please take a moment to look at my other reviews: I rarely, if ever, post one that's negative.) An order that I had placed weeks ago did not appear, so I checked the Tracking info, which (mysteriously) stated that the order was "under investigation". Evidently the investigation is taking quite a lot of time and manpower, as the order has yet to arrive. I contacted nuts.com "customer service" [imagine here the largest possible air quotes] 3 -- yes, THREE -- times. Echoing silence on the other end. *bah*
Been a customer for years!
I've been ordering from Nuts.com for years. I have been extremely satisfied 95% of the time; the 5% I called and discussed with them, and they have always fixed whatever the issue was. Love their products - and the times I've received something I didn't love, I didn't buy it again - it's not their fault! lol Glad there is a nuts.com with so many options.

Everything about this company is A+ which includes ease of ordering, deliciousness, the ability to choose exactly what I wanted, and the packaging! I’m definitely ordering again.
I was so disappointed with my order
I was so disappointed with my order. The cheese pretzels tasted like salt without even a hint of cheese. The chocolate is super low quality. The Jordan almonds are the size of a dime & taste nothing like REAL Jordan almonds. It's all just gross, low quality ingredients. Save your money. It's all disgusting.

I’m a long time satisfied customer. An enthusiastic one, actually! The products are all first class. I’d be surprised to hear that anyone was dissatisfied by the quality of every item. Packaging is great, and there is some humor in the packaging and the shipping boxes that gives it a personal touch. The variety of candy, nuts, and dried fruit is amazing, and I can’t imagine anyone not finding plenty to crave! The dried apricots are my very favorite way of getting my Vitamin C! Cannot go wrong with Nuts.com!

Customer service is always great. The products are consistently good and when they're not, customer service is right there to make it right.
Product was ok
Product was ok. Sometime quality better or less than previous order. Orders lost. Arriving 2-3 weeks past expected delivery date. One package had 1/2 address label inside box making it understandable why it was undeliverable from post-office. When they use door dash package was left on sidewalk in rain storm… several inches more would have been on covered door way. Customer service promises replacements and never arrives.
They make you pay extra for cold packs
I placed an order a specifically picked a delivery date because it was coming to my office. In any event, the package went to Indiana ( 4 stops) and the to Pennsylvania (2 stops) before arriving in New Jersey. The company is in NJ. I emailed on Tuesday, "someone will get back to you". They didn't. it is Friday and i finally received the package ( had to drive 18 miles to work) on the day the office is closed. And if you say why didn't you get a cold pack? #1 should be included in price if you have untrustworthy delivery services. #2 That tiny cold pack would have lasted 4 days in trucks and airplanes and sorting facilities. I guess it's not totally their fault, but the customer service part is. It's horrible. They did offer $5 off my NEXT order, which is an insult.
Nuts are fresh and tasty
Nuts are fresh and tasty, better quality than you would buy in the grocery store. I will definitely buy again, especially if I get a coupon, but everything as a whole, food prices are outrageous. Nuts are a luxury.
I have been a customer for 7 years
I have been a customer for 7 years. Appreciate the quality and the transparency of their products. I have only had 3 delivery issues in the past in which the delivery box was crushed by the carrier. Nuts.com has excellent customer service and they don't dally in making your order right.
False advertising
Third time ordering chocolate covered raisins. 1st time they were big like the ad pics. 2nd time they were smaller. The company said sorry and gave a very small credit. We ordered one more time hoping they were back to a decent size. Nope, they are smaller than a dime. I took a picture as proof but I'm not allowed to post it. I will not be ordering again. I should have bought the raisins from Costco.

The couple time that I have received a…
The couple time that I have received a shipment with the cardboard box partially open and damaged along the sides upon delivery. It appears that the cardboard packaging is not strong enough to support the weight of bulk orders. I have taken photos of the package as evidence, if needed. The damage was significant enough that the contents inside were visible from the outside. Although the individual plastic bags were not torn, there is still a concern about possible contamination due to the exposed packaging. I have been a loyal customer for more than five years, and I have experienced this same issue multiple times whenever I place larger bulk orders. I am disappointed that the packaging has not improved despite this recurring problem. I would appreciate it if you could review your packaging methods for bulk shipments to help prevent this issue in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your response.

Wonderful products
Wonderful products! The freshness and taste are amazing, and they always come prepared for any outside temperatures. It’s over 100* here. Noting melted, the cold pacs kept them perfect.

Customer service is phenomenal. Every product I’ve ordered thus far has been absolutely delicious.I’ve ordered pretzels in different varieties,caramels, fruit slices,trail mixes,cookies and cashews.
