Horrible Buy. Find somewhere else.

Horrible buy. I have been buying from them for a while BUT, always in small amounts. I finally decided to buy in bulk and it was a HUGE MISTAKE. They packed 30 POUNDS of peanuts in a small cardboard box. When it arrived it was beyond trashed. My FedEx driver told me in the spot, take pictures "this wasn't us". I immediately tried to call customer service and was greeted by AI and never actually reached Customer Service. Do yourself a favor and find another company for things like this. I won't be going back.

The Customer Service Department at Nuts.com is “The Gold Standard of Customer Service.” They remedy all Customer issues immediately. The products offered are great and all are delicious. I have really enjoyed my nuts as well great interaction with several members of the team. As I mentioned to them I prefer my nuts unsalted so to get peak flavor. Though I don’t mind salty nuts sometimes freshness or otherwise is masked. If you are serious about the nuts you eat you are going to love ervy hand and mouthful. You’ll be satisfied but wanting more. I’m super looking forward to filling up my basket again. I think I’m going to try some of the fruits next go round!

Great service, great treats!

I ordered my favorite item--dried organic peaches and decided to try something new--chocolate cordials. I didn't think about the fact that chocolate is not good to order in the summer heat in southern California. A special ice pack was added. Unfortunately, delivery was delayed by a day, the ice pack was warm, and the chocolate was melted. I immediately emailed Nuts.com and received a quick response. I was then emailed by someone else who offered me two solutions. Since it is still hot, I decided to go with credit. Everyone was so polite and helpful. They responded quickly. I have ordered before and this was the first time there was an issue. It is great to know that they stand behind their items.

Worst company ever

These people are dumb on the phone. When you ask for subscription They do not know what they're talking about. Then, when you ask why refund still don't know what we're talking about? I just want a full refund from this company. And there are awful, awful, awful, awful, are unacceptable helpful?These are the worst serves i've ever dealt with then, when you ask for supervisor the won't do nothing either. Then, we have for somebody else that won't do it either. These are the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't buy from them to save my life these are the worst companies i've ever dealt with in my entire life

Custom blending is great!

We love being able to custom blend our own trail mix! and it is wonderful. Online experience very easy. We had a small issue with delivery and customer service handled it quickly, efficiently, and took steps to make sure our experience would be completely smooth in the future. I’ve ordered items in the past from Nuts.com and never had anthing but good experiences. i’m nuts about Nuts!

Stop complaining about Delivery

Not all products are going to be the exact as the one you ordered before. It's just that way people. Also, to those complaining about delivery issues and giving these guys grief and negative feedback about delivery issues, be quiet. Delivery issues with transport, timing, care & handling, is and should not reflect on the supplier. Get real folks. The product, if inferior or not meeting your expectation, IS, theirs to answer for, NOT delivery issues. Now, with that said, my experience with them is great. I have been ordering from them for years...since 2012. They have been in business for 97 years! Not everything I have ordered has been top notch or the product I expected. However, I would estimate, for 14 years my orders have been 89% accurate and tasty.😛 Please stop giving them grief on delivery issues. Delivery is third party and not something they can control.

Zero stars is more like it for customer service, which is why I'll be looking into another supplier after informing the company that a large percentage of their Turkish Figs were inedible and I had to throw them out. After six orders, I noticed an increasingly large number of very dark and mushy figs and wrote to them to find out why. They responded fast and asked for a picture, which I immediately sent. The last line of their email read, "Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work towards a swift resolution," which two days later I now realize was meaningless. I did contact them again yesterday, hoping to hear back before I wrote this. I guess I'm just not ready to accept what appears to be an inferior product and customer service that has made me feel invisible.
