This company is honest and trustworthy. They deliver quality products at good prices. Their packaging is excellent NO melted chocolate products ever! All the different types of nuts, dried fruit, chocolate & candies are of excellent quality and value.
We have bought many products from nuts.com, so we recently purchased roasted peanuts in the shell. Because the taste profile of the peanuts did not manage ours, I wrote to notes.com to tell them that in the future we will be buying another brand. I emphasized that their peanuts were fine but we preferred less roasting. I was surprised when they issued a store credit and am looking forward to purchasing their dark chocolate covered orange peels. These are such a treat!
I think that nuts.com is an excellent company. They are efficient, the orders show up fairly quickly, and everything is fresh and delicious. If you don't like something that they send or there's a problem, The customer service folks will make it right. I highly recommend this company and their products!

Nuts.com is outstanding. My daughter has celiac disease, and nuts & dried fruits are high risk for cross-contamination. Nuts.com is super conscious about celiac and allergies, and clearly labeledl their products, which makes them safe for her. The nuts are also always very fresh and high quality. Also they have the best dried mango I've found anywhere! I've never had a bad experience with their product - they're always fantastic. I've ordered from them probably a dozen times and it's always fast, delicious, error-free and their per pound price is great. I've only had to contact customer once - my most recent order was misdelivered. It wasn't nuts.com's fault - they had the address correct, but the shipping company delivered to the wrong house (verified by the delivery photo). Nuts.com was very responsive and great to work with. The order was replaced promptly with no fuss. So now I can say from experience that their customer service is as good as their product. Outstanding company! Absolute best place for nuts and dried fruit!
My tracking order# DDRHIJE8EPQ36XVVU My order was chocolate and caramel nuts. Due to the extreme 100° weather, My chocolate was melted in a round large clump in the bag that it came in. Honestly it looked like poop. I had to put it in the refrigerator and try to eat the chocolate in a large round ball but it was so messy.The chocolate carmel and nuts taste was delicious. After a whil it became too messy and I eventually threw it away. NUTS.com needs to package chocolate differently in the summer months and not delivered in a bag. I was so disappointed.I may not order again at least in the summertime.
Nuts.com has the best products, but the one time some bagel chips arrived stale, they immediately issued a credit and let me keep the snack. Great company, great products
I have been ordering from Nuts.com for 15 years. They never disappoint in quality or customer service. For them, the customer is always right. DO NOT believe the one star by some fake person named John Doe. Nuts.com is a 5 Star company.
This is an absolute horrible company. In fact, I think it is a scam. I tried to place an order. They say the order didn't go through, but I received notification from American Express, saying my card was charged. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They are making charges and not processing orders and customer service was NOT HELPFUL at all!
I've been a loyal customer for quite a few years now because their nuts are always fresh and taste great. Their customer service is terrific. I had a small issue with my most recent order and they solved it within 24 hours with the friendliest of communication. They have a wide variety and continually growing. I'm tempted to buy everything, but of course I can't. Highly recommend.
Borderline fraudulent. They use a really terrible shipping company called OnTrac to make deliveries that never arrive. My items were perishable and it's July and it's already a day late. I wish I could upload an images here, but a chit of a girl at nuts.com alleged that the order was delivered. She was most insistent about itand even sent me a link. That link simply linked me back to the exact same screen I was looking at. It was only delivered at a certain local OnTrac facility, not my residence. Asinine. They boast about being family owned, but they typically are the worst companies to work with.
We bought the individual snack variety box and are very pleased… so are all of our friends that have been lucky enough to enjoy them! Each pack has been fresh and super tasty! It’s interesting, nearly everyone says they have seen the add for Nuts.com but nobody had tasted them. I think we have created at least a dozen new customers for them so far 🥰 Try the variety pack- you won’t regret it.
I have always had a great experience with this company. Nuts.com products are always of highest quality prices are fair and the shipping is fast. Customer service has always quickly taken care of any problems which have been very few.

I spend around 5k on herbs every month for my business. never have I ever dealt with a more garbage website than this. whatever checkout service nuts now uses is comeplete and total trash. this has been the worst use of the last hour of my time to check out. cant type more than a few letters a minute, cant type in my credit card information because all fields are greyed out. im about to give my money to the corporate monster that is amazon (which I AVOID IN FAVOR OF STORES RAN BY REAL PEOPLE/FAMILIES). Nuts.com is a waste of time while they use their current checkout/money processing company. total garabage. if they want business then quit using bugged out payment processing companies and get a real IT company. the quality of the product means nothing if I can’t recieve it!!!
The figs were MOLDY- both bags, the freeze dried cherries tasted like pure chemicals, the freeze dried peaches had no flavor, and the raisins tasted like the plastic they came in. Also, they charge a 20% "disposal fee" (for them to throw out their own bad product!!! AND you have to PAY return shipping. What a RIP OFF
