Would never buy there again or recommend them! I purchased leggings worth 60 euros from a pop up store in Nürnberg then the first time i wore them i discovered a big hole in the middle. Customer service was useless they wouldn't make it possible to return the item because I bought it at a pop up store. Now I just lost 60 euros for terrible quality. NEVER BUY FROM THIS BRAND PLEASE!!

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, never received my refund for items I sent back. It’s now been 4 months… Response: I have gotten in touch with multiple times and provided proof of postage and tracking link but I have not received any assistance. The only answer I received was that you didn’t receive it and were going to do anything or help with refund etc.

Not customer friendly!!!
Update 18.04.2023: Since my last review I have returned ALL the items from my order, but the store has only registered a partial refund. The products are okay, but in opinion not good enough for their price. The return policy of oceansapart is unnecessarily complicated and not at all customer friendly. The entire return has to be handled by the customer and a printer is required. Not only does the customer have to purchase the shipping label, you also have to prepare and print the form with the return information for the store (e.g. reason for return). I will not be buying from oceansapart in the future, since this procedure is not customer friendly at all. Every other online shop I order from, provides all necessary documents for return and also pays for the return.

The quality. The quality of the leggings is not great, I wore them once and they got unstitched and now after a couple more uses the fabric made those annoying white dots, for the price I paid I expected better quality

Returns suck
Products seem ok in quality, but I do not recommend buying from outside of Germany unless you want to pay a fortune for returning items that don't fit. :/ Also, a return form was not included in the package, so you also need to have an access to a printer to print the return form. Lesson learnt, I will skip buying from Oceansapart in the future.
